It all depends on what you want to use the land for. That is your aim for having the interest to buy land.

What did they say is the way forward? Have they confirmed that you have no money with them? It is only on that basis can you think civil action. You also need to get your former employer involved to know where the problem is from.

I need the assistance of online importation gurus on the best shippers/freight forwards that are good, trustworthy and currently in business. I intend to ship some items from China and from what I have read so far about chrisvicmall and nonnyking, am yet to be convinced to try any of them. Please also include this with your reasons of why you think your choice .

I have since noticed the way Kwakwanso & Atiku tactically withdrew their of APC but if these were the words of Kwakwanso openly, then Buhari is done for!!!!

Things are adding up. Why is GEJ not canvassing in the North and kano precisely ( the biggest state population wise)? But focused more on Lagos and South West?

Bitter truth hard to be believed. Whoever doubts this, needs to check the state of the nation 7yrs ago. Have they done it before? Can they do it again?

Jimi made that statement on the grounds of implications of ceding power to the north at this point in time with all the hostile tendencies and machinations springing up here and there.

Thank you for a civil response.

But we are not done yet. I will start with the section on roads in your first post.

You posted several pictures of roads and a long list of projects. Your summary of activities is that the FMW has a total of 195 on-going projects amounting to a portfolio of NGN1.397 trillion. But your performance assessment is incomplete. There are questions which any project assessment worth its salt should ask (or answer) and you have not asked or answered those questions.

You quoted a unnamed 2010 study which revealed that only 27% of federal roads were in good condition. What is the percentage today?

You listed several road projects undergoing dualization, rehabilitation, emergency reinstatement, repair, limited rehabilitation, periodic maintenance, reconstruction and pavement strengthening. (That's a trailer load of verbs to describe road repairs don't you think? wink)

But you had precious little to say on:

When the contracts for these projects were awarded, and to whom?
When they were scheduled for completion?
What the contract sums were?
Whether or not there were any upward revisions or variations in the contract sum and why?
Whether there were any revocations and why?
Whether any contractor was penalized for non-performance?
Whether the FMW fully utilized its capital votes for last year? (And the year before? If it did not, why?)
Whether the project outcomes were guaranteed and for how long?

In other words, I am asking whether the Nigerian public has received value for money. That is a question you have failed to ask or answer. A few photographs with bold, racy captions will not cut it.

Carry out a proper and honest assessment. I am waiting for you to do this.

He has given his evidence counter it with yours if you have any so that we can analyse and place them in perspective. Your response are mainly questions. Back it up with either statistical or pictorial facts.

Nigerians need to move out of their confines of abode and areas of residence to appreciate what this government is doing humbly without blowing their own trumpets. I travelled over 500km today and must say I am impressed with the roads and construction works here and there. Most of these roads were the much politicised by past leaders. On crossing the main rivers of this nation I ed the dredging that took place, we all have forgotten. There was no police bribery point at all and was taken aback on whose istration that mandate manifested.

I have been reading your posts and comments and sometimes I think you are either brain washed or you have a very low IQ. no offense here but It's hard to understand why any right thinking human would be saying the kind of things you say. APC is boko haram, APC is this and that!!! Now let me put this to you and to those Nigerians like you who have never traveled anywhere (even to Benin Republic) to see where the world is at now and the level at which other countries operate. Issues of electricity and pipe borne water is no longer a big issue in other African countries expect if there's civil war. Nigeria is still battling with this. Jobs for university graduates, Roads and Infrastructures.

I know you don't have a job and even if you do, you have brothers and sisters, cousins who are graduate and don't have any source of income. My friend, WE can be better than this! We can do better than this! Don't be scared of the unknown. if you vote APC and nothing changes, then you vote them out! the ruling class in Nigeria should be made to understand that the masses have the power to choose, select, or deselect anyone at any given time. Don't let Nigeria rot for another four years. Look at those folks that graduated since 2008 and still live with their parents, have pity on those girls who are 30 years and above and have no job and husband. Please be human my friend!!

Last year, I went for 2 weeks summer school in Ontario Canada and I met one of the South Western state governor's daughter. Even though she's calm and respectful, any right thinking Nigerian would be disgusted by the fact that she drives a Bentley and a G Class wagon, lives in penthouse of Double Tree by Hilton while his dad in Nigeria was owing state government workers 3 months salary. Eurobomber WAKE UP. don't be part of those who sold their brothers to Slavery. Self worth is more important than money and will always be!!

Not enough to counter the subject matter.

I'm a CHANGE ambassador but APC is never an option because they are more wicked than PDP itself.

no wonder they all left PDP due to their arrogant attitude.

Manipulators of the highest class. Is this how they intend to manipulate the affairs of this Nation? One doesnt have to ask where this is coming from because it is evidently clear. The bad eggs in PDP have been sieved out and we know where dey are.
