fOFT: I got this mail from them, that's why I'm confused. My school only gives Certificate after convocation which we've not done yet. Although I've authenticated my statement of result and transcript at MoE and MoFA.

Please my appointment is next week. I want know for direct entry students (Level 200 -400), do I need to present my NCE/ND certificate AND transcript before my Bachelors certificate can be accepted for legalization? Since I don't have my level 100 transcript. And I ONLY have my NCE certificate. And also, would they ask for receipts of my authenticated documents at ministry of education and foreign affairs? They didn't give me receipts |

Thanks for the reply... The whole university unions are on strike (ASUU, NASU and others). So from what you've said, I should authenticate my transcript and statement of result, traslate them and proceed to the Italian Consulate in Lagos for Legalization and my DoV will be issued ? fOFT: 1 Like |

Please I need someone to assist me on this: I was recently offered a scholarship in Italy that covers my tuition fees. I've been asked to obtain Dichiarazione di Valore (Declaration of Value; DoV) from the Italian Consulate in Lagos. My problem is, due to ASUU/NASU stike, I'm yet to collect my Original Degree Certificate. I only have my Academic Transcript and Statement of Result. I know the Consulate only accept Degree Certificate and Transcript to issue DoV? Please guys what do you suggest I do? |

Please can I apply for Visa without the DoV? My degree certificate is not yet ready; I only have my academic transcript and statement of result.
