In response to your number 2. it's automatically generated by fiverr. As long as you're in "receiving custom order mode" it will be there so that buyers can you for a custom order.

guys I noticed something surprising today on fiverr.

I was bored today so I decided to carry out a little research on fiverr.
I requested a gig, not because I needed any service but because I wanted to gauge some certain parameters such as :
how long does a request last before sellers reply, how do sellers approach buyers (as in what language they use), are sellers willing accept less money than the actual worth of a service etc.


but what caught eye was that a seller replied me via inbox. I was really surprised but I didn't know it was possible to chat with a buyer who didn't approach you first. I checked and he was a newbie; not rated yet.

It's possible, if you're also a seller. but if you're just a buyer (that's you do not have any active gig) a seller cannot you except you've bought his or her gig before or have created a conversation in the past. However anyone can see your profile and also see the button but won't be able to you if you're absolutely a buyer.

You're right. I think I should add this, according to him, he has tried to do the work himself but the result was not satisfactory, the final file keep breaking due to very large file size. So, I'm not sure it's going to be a 20 minute work.
Now, here are my thought:
1. ing and ing data cost. think about this, files size before conversion > 150mb and file size after conversion will probably be x7 or more (I converted a 68kb ppt to HD video, and the resulted file size was 9.8mb)
2. tip is conditional.
3. Possibility of revision(s)
4. current cost of Internet data, will I made profit or loss?

I may be wrong with my decision, but think about the listed.

Some people are both funny and wicked. A level two seller want me to add a 20 minute voice-over (with huge file size) to 70 slides ppt (which already has audio that needs to be removed before adding the new), save it as HD video and deliver in a few hours, all for $5, with a promise of $10 tip if he's satisfied with the delivery.

Go to Google Apps store.. Look for pdf to epub converter you will see various app that can do that for you... Then you convert like pdf to word, then convert to epub little by little if the page is much. Thats how I do mine successfully.

Thanks, I've tried that, but not satisfactory. The books are very old books with poor formatting.
I would have consider re-formatting them, but that will be a very stressful method, considering the number of books and each with average of 160 pages.

Wow thats pretty difficult i must be honest with you, i learnt from india, thou i went for another course entirely but developed interest in it, even after learning there i still had to watch alot of youtube videos to brush up, had to fiverr to keep the knowledge fresh
