If this happens in d middle of d road, it's either u need d help of a tow truck to take it away from d road or u go call a mechanic to come repair it wherever it is. Maintenance is the key. But the strongest and the most rugged of them both is ML 320 but it doesn't economize fuel as much as EOD. EOD on the other economizes fuel but not too strong as ML. Personally, I would always go for a Benz but not an Honda. U can do a little survey of ur own and check the most cars u will find at a mechanic's workshop.

AIICO is one of the big insurance companies in Nigeria. But d way I see this. It seems like marketing where u would be paid based on commission. If u can accept that,then u can go.
