First of all have a cost plan. Like how much is rod, cement, labour, water, just have and know the estimate of the building materials you will need to complete the 3storey building.

Then every month you know how you can allocate the resources to the project.

But if you wan build 3storey with 500k budget per month, just know say e go take you up-to 5years to complete.

state internal revenue job does not have any security whatsoever.

I'm speaking from experience.
a governor can decide to one day change the head of the IRS, the head of IRS might decide he can't work with the workers he inherited. that will be the end of your job. State IRS is usually independent and or contracted out.
it has its autonomy to sack and recruit workers, this one no be civil service something.

if dem change governor the head of IRS go change that's for sure.

I will advice you to continue with your 100k job that you get almost everything free including accommodation and feeding.

while you work there you plan for your future. at least experience gained there will help you if 2mao you want to own a hotel, even if na short time outlet, you will know how to run Jr effectively.

Erling Haaland certainly looks to be enjoying his post-season break after a long, hard season spent scoring vast quantities of goals for FC Salzburg and Borussia Dortmund.

With the Bundesliga season coming to a close last month, Haaland returned to Norway to spend some quality time with his family at their remote house in the woods.

It's fair to say that Haaland didn't start his holiday in the way you'd expect a superstar footballer too.

However, reports then began circulating that the 19-year-old may have enjoyed himself a little too much at the weekend after he ventured out to a nightclub.

Indeed, a video of an agitated Haaland being ordered out of the club by security began to do the rounds on social media.

On hearing of his son's unfortunate escapade in the big city, Erling's father, former Man City midfielder Alfie Haaland, was quick to stick the boot in.

With tongue firmly in cheek, Alfie barked at Erling to return home and to start working his way through any hangover he might be nursing. Sound advice, we're sure you'll agree.

But all is not as it may seem. The nightclub's security company has told Bild that Haaland was asked to leave the club because too many people wanted to take a selfie with him, and they were no longer able to keep in line with social distancing guidelines.

"The pressure was too high in the end so we asked him to leave," the company was quoted as saying.

Former Netherlands international Arjen Robben has announced that he has come out of retirement to play for Eredivisie side FC Groningen.

Robben started his senior professional career with Groningen in 2000 where he spent two years with the first-team before moving to PSV Eindhoven.

After Robben announced he would leave after a decade of success at Bayern Munich, Groningen ers started a campaign in 2018 to bring him back to the club which included a turnip truck which carried his name.

"The club can use all help in this difficult time," he told the club's website. "I have thought a lot lately about what I can do to help the club.

"I have spoken to multiple people in the club and the fans organised 'Arjen, follow your heart'. It started to get to me and now it is my mission.

"I am working on my comeback. If it will succeed, I don't know. But won't be about my motivation. It is my dream to play in the jersey of FC Groningen again"

Robben also enjoyed stints at Chelsea and Real Madrid, featured in the 2010 World Cup final and made a total of 110 Champions League appearances.

During his career, Robben won eight German Bundesliga titles, five German cups, two Premier League trophies, one FA Cup, one La Liga title, two Dutch cups and one Eredivisie title on top of the Champions League and Club World Cup in 2013.

Groningen were in ninth position in the table before the 2019-20 campaign was cancelled due to the coronavirus pandemic in April.

Former Brazilian international Ronaldinho was ordered to remain in jail in Paraguay on Saturday after a judge ruled him a flight risk.

The ex-Barcelona forward was arrested on Friday for attempting to enter Paraguay with a false port two days earlier and spent Friday night in a police cell along with his brother and business manager Roberto Assis.

The pair asked to be released into house arrest but that was rejected by the judge, who also dismissed Assis's claims to have a heart problem because he showed no proof.

Judge Clara Ruiz Diaz said their alleged offence was a "serious one against the interests of the Paraguayan state."
Because the pair posed a flight risk they must remain in custody, she added.

Under Paraguayan law, officials now have six months to complete their investigation but Ronaldinho's lawyers, who called the decision "incredible," are expected to present an appeal in the coming days.

"He [Ronaldinho] doesn't understand what's going on," Tarek Tuma told reporters.
Saturday's courtroom drama came after a bizarre four days that began on Wednesday when the duo attempted to enter Paraguay with doctored ports.

They were detained but a prosecutor who believed they were tricked into taking the fake documents recommended they be released after receiving an alternative punishment such as paying a fine to charity.

A judge, though, rejected that idea late on Friday and shortly afterwards the pair were arrested.
A police official told local media the pair had been placed in a cell with one other inmate. They were given soap, cushions and repellent to protect against mosquitoes.
Although workers at the facility took selfies with the famous detainee, officials said the Brazilians did not receive any preferential treatment.

Paraguayan television showed the two men arriving in court in handcuffs at around noon local time on Saturday.

The brothers were invited to Paraguay by a local casino owner and had arrived on Wednesday to take part in a soccer clinic for children and a book launch.

The brothers left Guarulhos airport in Sao Paulo on Wednesday with Brazilian ports and were given Paraguayan ports as soon as they got off the plane in the Paraguayan capital.

The men said the ports were a gift, and an investigation indicated the numbers on the ports corresponded to other people, according to the prosecutor.

Ronaldinho and his brother could not explain why they showed Paraguayan ports when they had travelled recently on their Brazilian ports to China, Europe and the United States.

Brazilians do not need a port to travel between Brazil and Paraguay, both of which are of the Mercosur bloc.

Although he last played professionally in 2015, Ronaldinho, who also represented Brazilian clubs Atletico Mineiro, Flamengo and Fluminense, is still hugely popular with global football fans for his skills and showmanship.

The 39-year-old was named FIFA world player of the year in 2004 and 2005 and won the World Cup with Brazil in 2002 and the Champions League with Barcelona in 2006.

Information from Reuters and The Associated Press were used in this report.

Ajax have told assistant coach Christian Poulsen and two other of training staff to stay away from the club because of fears they might be infected with the coronavirus.

Thomas Kahlenberg, who has since been diagnosed with the virus.
Kahlenberg was celebrating Poulsen's 40th birthday in the Netherlands last Sunday.

The other two are exercise physiologist Alessandro Schoenmaker and an unnamed physiotherapist who were also at the party.

"They have no symptoms and if it stays that way they will return to work next week," an Ajax spokesman told Dutch media.

Poulsen, the former Juventus and Liverpool midfielder, will not be able to take his place on the bench alongside coach Erik ten Hag when Ajax travel to Heerenveen at the weekend.

Players from Danish Super League clubs Brondby and Lyngby are in isolation after they met and hugged Kahlenberg, who has since tested positive for coronavirus, at a match last weekend.

Kahlenberg, who played 47 matches for Denmark between 2003 and 2014 and also played for clubs Auxerre and VfL Wolfsburg before retiring in 2017, tested positive on Thursday and has been in quarantine, Brondby said in a statement.

The statement said Kahlenberg, who played for Denmark at the 2010 World Cup, was infected during a visit to Amsterdam.

Brondby said 13 employees had been put in isolation, including the general manager Ole Palma, defender Joel Kabongo and assistant coach Martin Retov.

Lyngby said three players, who were in physical with Kahlenberg on Sunday, had been put in isolation.
Both teams have league games this weekend. The Danish FA said that all matches will go ahead as planned this coming weekend, but that it is monitoring the situation.

The clubs said they are working with the Danish Patient Authority to track down players, fans and of staff who were in with Kahlenberg during Sunday's match.

Erling Haaland continued his incredible season with a hat trick on his Borussia Dortmund debut, which sparked a comeback from 3-1 down to win 5-3 over Augsburg on Saturday.

The 19-year-old replaced Lukasz Piszczek on 56 minutes with Dortmund 3-1 down and had reduced the deficit three minutes later. On 61 minutes, Jadon Sancho equalised for the Bundesliga title hopefuls, and Haaland put Dortmund ahead on 70 minutes.

Haaland completed his hat trick on 79 minutes to make a second debut treble in his career, having also scored three on his Molde bow in 2017.

The Norway international, who ed from FC Salzburg earlier this month, has now scored hat tricks in the Austrian Bundesliga, Austrian Cup, Champions League and German Bundesliga, meaning he has netted a treble in all four competitions he has played in this term.

Florian Niederlechner had opened the scoring for the hosts on 34 minutes, before Marco Richter made it 2-0 just after the interval. Julian Brandt pulled one back for Dortmund on 49 minutes but Niederlechner made it 3-1 on 55 minutes.

Dortmund boss Lucien Favre reacted by bringing on Haaland, who changed the game. Dortmund are fourth in the table, four points behind leaders RB Leipzig, who play later on Saturday.

Spanish second division club Malaga have sacked coach Victor Sanchez del Amo four days after his suspension following the sexually explicit video of him that appeared on social media.

A club statement said: "Malaga CF has used best endeavours to attempt to resolve the situation amicably through intense negotiations with Víctor Sanchez del Amo. However, despite the ongoing and incessant efforts undertaken by the Club, it has not been possible to reach a friendly separation.

"As such, MCF has made the decision to dismiss Víctor Sanchez del Amo due to disciplinary reasons, in accordance with the applicable regulations. MCF has made the decision, taking into the serious damage caused to the institution by the recent events, aiming to minimise the impact on the team and the entire MCF organisation."

Sanchez del Amo claimed on Twitter that a crime had been committed against his privacy and said that he had been a victim of harassment and blackmail before the video was posted on the internet.

Malaga's police cyber crime unit has been investigating the incident while the club initially decided to suspend the 43-year-old until a full investigation was completed.
The former Real Madrid midfielder, who took the Malaga reins in April 2019, nearly led the team to promotion last season.
The club was third in the second tier but was then eliminated in the first round of the play-offs. Sanchez del Amo's rapport with club owner Sheikh Al-Thani has been tense since sporting director Jose Luis Caminero was sacked earlier this season.

Malaga have struggled due to financial constraints and were unable to forward Shinji Okazaki, despite having signed him last summer, because it would breach the club's La Liga-imposed salary cap.

Malaga are 16th in the second division table after 22 matches, a point above the relegation zone heading into Tuesday's home game against Ponferradina.

"Until a new coach is named, [reserves coach] Sergio Pellicer will act as first team coach and will direct the matches," the club statement added.
Malaga have been unable to field a full match day squad at times due to financial constraints, with just five players on the bench for a league game in October.

Spanish Football Federation president Luis Rubiales has been ive of Sanchez del Amo and said earlier this week "the doors of the federation would be open to him" if he was sacked.

A former Premier League striker who masturbated in front of a mother and her 16-year-old daughter has been given a 12-month community order.

Ex-Crystal Palace star Neil Shipperley, 45, exposed his genitals from inside his van, in Hillingdon, west London, on 17 September.

The mother said she was "disgusted" by the sight.

Shipperley must complete 20-days of rehabilitation as part of the order given at Uxbridge Magistrates' Court.

Prosecutor Shaan Sethi told the court Shipperley had driven his van up to the victims, winding down his window and stopping the vehicle.

'Predator'
Mr Sethi said the pair had turned to thank Shipperley for letting them cross the road but "they then noticed he was holding his penis in his hand and staring directly at them".

They walked away from the vehicle, but Shipperley, from West Drayton, west London, followed in his van.

In a victim impact statement, the mother said: "Some people may see flashers as pests or a nuisance to society. My view of Neil Shipperley is as a predator. His aim was to intimidate us, to violate us, to shock us and to scare us."

Shipperley, who itted intentionally exposing his genitals intending that someone would be caused alarm or distress, had "expressed anguish, embarrassment, shame, but above all remorse," the court heard.

EuroMillions lottery winner Colin Weir has completed his takeover of Scottish Championship side Partick Thistle and said he intends to hand over ownership to ers in 2020.

Weir -- a lifelong Thistle fan -- has bought a majority shareholding and a holding in land at Firhill Stadium, where his team play, but will give the land back to the club.

The 71-year-old will also give his 55% shareholding to a fan group that is in development, with the free transfer of shares taking place "no later than March 30 2020," according to Weir.

Weir, who won the lottery in 2011, has already invested approximately £2.5 million of his £161m prize money in the Glasgow club.
He previously pledged £6m towards a new training ground before withdrawing his in August due to "uncertainties" about a potential takeover by a foreign consortium.

An interim board "comprising of a mix of experienced business people and fan representatives" will be formed and a working group is to be established tly by the PTFC Trust and Thistle for Ever organisations. The move will create a body to receive the shareholding.

"Thistle for Ever planted the thought of fan ownership as a real option in my mind," Weir said in a statement.
"But this has all happened quicker than anyone might have anticipated. That's why I have offered a three-to-four-month window for fans to get everything in place before handing over shares.

"They want to get it right and I want to be sure that when the new entity is operational, there is a structure that will allow for a smooth transfer of ownership. This is a major financial commitment on my part as fan owners will not need to repay a penny -- but I believe this gives fan ownership the best possible start."

Weir also said there would be a future announcement on plans for funding the Thistle's youth academy.

Nice forward Lamine Diaby-Fadiga has itted to stealing teammate Kasper Dolberg's watch from a team dressing room last week, sources have confirmed to ESPN FC

The story was first reported by French outlet L'Equipe.

Diaby-Fadiga, 18, is one of the most promising prospects at the club, where he's been since ing the academy at age 13. Alongside his lawyers, he confessed his crime to the club, apologised to Dolberg and manager Patrick Vieira, and promised to reimburse his teammate for the full value of the watch.

The timepiece is worth €70,000.

Dolberg pressed charges against an unknown perpetrator he denoted as "X" last week after discovering the watch had been stolen during a training session. An official investigation was later opened by the police.

Nice are also investigating the matter on their side and Diaby-Fadiga risks having his contract terminated for gross misconduct as well as risking a criminal conviction.

The former U16, U17 and U19 international made his debut for Nice as a 16-year-old and made six appearances for the first team last season.
