Just take the picture with something like Newspaper very close to prove the date the picture was taken, it will show that the screen damage is something that comes and go so seller must be aware of it........... But what I see in that picture is pure broken screen, it can't be stable again, phone screen can damage in your pocket, some people sleep over their phones.....so the seller has no blame
