The statement should be the one in your application not a new one.

Print an up to date statement and send it, even if the exchange rate affects it now the ECO will always reflect on the rate that matched the date of application not today.

Again print your previous statement reflecting all 28days till date and submit. your POF is for your maintenance in the UK

Please what would be the content of the email after attaching the pdf of my bank statement? And please according to the mail, my email subject should be my visa application number right?
