Hi DIY guys and everyone else, which is the correct NIS website to apply for new port or renewal online, please? I can see two now, one is tagged old site and the other is said to be new.

Also, whats the procedure now: I meant to say, after filling the forms and ending it, Is it a must to make payment online or can I just go ahead and book an appointment?

I just finished the application and didnt pay on the new site, and i tried to book an appointment and it is complaining wrong ref and app number. Why is this please for those DIY or do I need to make payment first before appointment can work?
