SATURDAY 24TH MAY 2025. Pastor Chris

THEME: THE HOLY SPIRIT—OUR SURE-GUIDE

THEME SCRIPTURE: Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come (John 16:13).

The ministry of the Holy Spirit is so vital for every Christian; He’s our teacher and our guide, and when you rely on Him, He’ll teach you everything you need to know about life and guide you on how to live triumphantly every day, fulfilling your God-given purpose. If you’re a Pastor, for example, you need His guidance at all times.

Pastors deal with many people, each with different challenges and questions. Often, people come to church with burdens, seeking answers, and a pastor cannot simply pick a subject at random. That’s why it’s important to pray and expect guidance from the Holy Spirit.

A pastor or a leader, for instance, may already be dealing with a particular subject in church, but every service is unique. Therefore, each service must be approached with the understanding that the Lord has something definite for everyone. But how can this be achieved? How can the Word be ministered in such a way that it meets each one at their respective points of need?

It’s only through the Holy Spirit. The Lord Jesus said, "He that believeth on me, as the scripture hath said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water" (John 7:38). That living water—the Word of God—pours forth through you by the Holy Spirit. If you give Him attention, His Word will flow from you like water poured on a thirsty soul, bringing answers to questions, solutions to problems, healing to the afflicted, restoration to the broken-hearted, sight to the blind, and courage to the disheartened.

This principle is not just for pastors—it applies to every Christian. The Holy Spirit lives in you and desires to guide you daily in all things. Recognize His presence in you and encourage His ministry in your life. He’ll teach you, lead you, and cause His Word to flow through you to impact others. Hallelujah!

PRAYER
Dear Father, thank you for the amazing person of the Holy Spirit, my Teacher and Guide. I yield myself completely to Him, allowing His wisdom, knowledge and power to flow through me, bringing solutions, healing and direction to many. Your Word dwells richly in me, and through the ministry of the Spirit, I am a blessing to my world. Thank you for making me a dispenser of your grace and power, in Jesus' Name. Amen.

FURTHER STUDY
Isaiah 30:21
And thine ears shall hear a word behind thee, saying, This [is] the way, walk ye in it, when ye turn to the right hand, and when ye turn to the left.

John 16:13 AMPC
But when He, the Spirit of Truth (the Truth-giving Spirit) comes, He will guide you into all the Truth (the whole, full Truth). For He will not speak His own message [on His own authority]; but He will tell whatever He hears [from the Father; He will give the message that has been given to Him], and He will announce and declare to you the things that are to come [that will happen in the future].

John 7:38-39
He that believeth on me, as the scripture hath said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water. 39 (But this spake he of the Spirit, which they that believe on him should receive: for the Holy Ghost was not yet [given]; because that Jesus was not yet glorified.)

THEME: PRAY FOR LEADERS AT EVERY LEVEL

THEME SCRIPTURE: I exhort therefore, that, first of all, supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks, be made for all men; For kings, and for all that are in authority; that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty (1 Timothy 2:1-2).

Many desire a quiet and peaceable life; yet, they neglect the action the Lord says would cause it to happen. The Word of God is clear on what we must do to make our nations the haven of peace and prosperity that God ordained them to be: we are to pray for all men, including leaders at every level or position of authority.

Therefore, make it a culture, every day, to pray for your president and all those who work with him; pray for the governors. In your state, city, or community, pray for the leaders at every level and for those who work with them. Pray for the community heads, the judges, the leaders of the police and the armed forces, the heads of the different institutions and parastatals in your nation.

When you pray for them like this, the prosperity in your nation will blossom and the people will profit from the good that’s in the land. The Bible tells us in Isaiah 1:19, "If ye be willing and obedient, ye shall eat the good of the land." There’s more wealth in your nation than you can imagine, but the onus is on God’s people to do the needful; act on the Word. Pray for your nation and its leaders as God has instructed.

The solution is not in protesting or bringing down the government. Even if you removed a leader and replaced him or her with another, it wouldn’t change the root issue. The real solution is in prayer—praying according to this pattern, which Paul outlined by the Spirit: supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks for all men, and for all in authority or positions of leadership.

Even now, take the next few minutes to pray for those in authority in the nation where you live, work, or do business. Create the conditions for a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty in your nation through your heartfelt prayers as directed by the Spirit.

PRAYER
Dear Father, thank you for the privilege and responsibility of prayer. I pray for all the categories of leaders in my nation and around the world, that their hearts are mantled by your wisdom and influenced by your righteousness. Those that work with them, including the systems and structures they put in place, all align with your perfect will for the Gospel to prevail in every nation, in Jesus' Name. Amen.

FURTHER STUDY
1 Timothy 2:1-4 NIV I urge, then, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercession and thanksgiving be made for all people— 2 for kings and all those in authority, that we may live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness. 3 This is good, and pleases God our Savior, 4 who wants all people to be saved and to come to a knowledge of the truth.

Jeremiah 29:7 And seek the peace of the city whither I have caused you to be carried away captives, and pray unto the LORD for it: for in the peace thereof shall ye have peace.

You are right, but maintenance, though it's still cheaper.

I fill my inverter batteries with inverter(Distilled) water every month and it cost me N5000 to N10,000 monthly.

I don't know if there's anything I can do to reduce such.

Any advice from the professionals here will help. Thanks

THEME: LIVE ABOVE HUMAN LIMITATIONS AND MIND-SETS

THEME SCRIPTURE: Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect (Matthew 5:48).

In Christ Jesus, we’ve been called to a life of perfection, victory and glory. Yet, there’re those who knowingly or unknowingly resist this truth by holding on to human limitations. They often say, “We are all human,” or “Nobody is perfect.” They use these statements to justify living below the divine life we’ve been called to in Christ.

When people say “We’re all humans,” they forget the transformation that took place when we were born again. The Bible declares, “Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are ed away; behold, all things are become new” (2 Corinthians 5:17). As new creatures in Christ, we’re not merely human—we’re born of God, partakers of the divine nature (2 Peter 1:4).

The other common phrase “Nobody is perfect” also contradicts the Scriptures. The Lord Jesus unequivocally stated in our opening verse, “Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect.” Perfection means to be full-grown in maturity, blameless, unspotted, wanting nothing; a completeness.

Then you have another common generalization which is “We all make mistakes,” as though living beyond mistakes is inevitable. But the Word of God teaches us differently. The Bible says, “Whosoever is born of God doth not commit sin; for his seed remaineth in him: and he cannot sin, because he is born of God” (1 John 3:9).

The seed of God—the life and nature of God—is in you, empowering you to live above error and walk in righteousness. It’s about your knowledge and understanding of Christ and His Gospel. It’ll put you above every limitation to live the glorious life He has given you. Many are hindered by negative beliefs and traditions handed down by those who don’t know the truth. But you must look to the Word and refuse to live by these limiting mind-sets.

The life in Christ is one of excellence, righteousness, victory, and dominion over sin, Satan and circumstances. The life of Christ in you is a perfect life, and it’s your responsibility to walk in its reality. Refuse to accept mediocrity or failure. Look to the Word, believe it, and live by it. Hallelujah!

CONFESSION
I am not a mere human; I am born of God, a partaker of His divine nature, incorruptible and impregnable. I live the life of righteousness, perfection and glory in Christ. I refuse to accept human limitations, for I am empowered by the Spirit to live the victorious life. Hallelujah!

THEME: UNDERSTANDING IMMORTALITY

THEME SCRIPTURE: Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed (1 Corinthians 15:51).

Many misinterpret Hebrews 9:27, which says, “And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment.” They conclude from this verse that every person must die once. But the actual rendering is that because it was appointed for men to die once, Christ died once for all humanity.

His death was the fulfilment of that appointment, not a statement that every individual is doomed to die physically. The Gospel of Jesus Christ abolishes mortality. 2 Timothy 1:10 says, Christ Jesus abolished death and brought life and immortality to light through the Gospel. This is a present reality for those in Christ. You’ve been brought into immortality deathlessness. Immortality means you don’t die.

Some argue that men like Enoch and Elijah who were taken by God without dying must return to earth to experience physical death. This is also absurd, as it undermines the essence of the Gospel and the victory of Christ over death. The Lord Jesus declared, “...I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live: And whosoever liveth and believeth in me shall never die...” (John 11:25-26).

The revelation of eternal life is vital. John wrote, “These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life...” (1 John 5:13). Eternal life is the nature of God imparted to the human spirit at the New Birth, and you must live daily with the consciousness that you have ed from death to life. Life works in you now that you’re born again.

This knowledge and revelation is necessary for you to walk in the fullness of God’s plan for your life. Mortality has been defeated, and you’ve been called to walk in the realms and reality of immortality. The generation of the Church that hears and acts on this message is the generation of the Rapture, and we’re that generation.

PRAYER
Dear Father, I thank you for the gift of eternal life, which I possess in Christ Jesus. I declare that death has no dominion over me, for I walk in the reality of immortality, as unveiled in the Gospel. I live in the consciousness of this life, upward and forward only, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

FURTHER STUDY:
1 John 5:11-12 And this is the record, that God hath given to us eternal life, and this life is in his Son. [12] He that hath the Son hath life; and he that hath not the Son of God hath not life.

1 Corinthians 15:53-57 For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality. 54 So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory. 55 O death, where is thy sting? O grave, where is thy victory? 56 The sting of death is sin; and the strength of sin is the law. 57 But thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.

Romans 8:10-11 And if Christ be in you, the body is dead because of sin; but the Spirit is life because of righteousness. 11 But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you.

THEME: TALK AND CREATE SOUND CODES

THEME SCRIPTURE: In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God (John 1:1).

Speech creates sound waves, and the original source material for creation is sound. This is because sound is the energy produced by words. When God spoke, creation came into being. His words possessed the energy that formed and caused everything He said to materialize.

Why did He have to speak? Why didn’t He simply make everything without speaking? He was giving us a precedent and, more importantly, showing us the importance of sound coding. Sound coding is the assignment of meaning, interpretation, and communication of sound or the cognitive process for the creation of sound.

For example, if I say "Haha" and tell you it means "stop," only you, who received that instruction, will understand what “Haha” means. Others who don’t know the code will not comprehend its meaning. Sound coding, therefore, is the process of embedding instructions, meaning and information into sound waves. When you’re teaching a child a language, for example, you’re encoding sound into that child by talking to the child; you’re transmitting something into that child’s memory.

If you were talking Spanish to that child, the child would end up speaking Spanish because you’ve given that child the sound codes for the Spanish language. Therefore, there’s memory; the child captures the message. Now, here’s what God did: He spoke creation into being. When He said “Let there be light,” light became; He spoke to the darkness and light came out of the darkness.

In that entire of creation in Genesis 1, we find God talking. Even when He made man in His image, He still talked to the man. Why did God have to talk? Because by talking, you create a sound code. This sound code carries the instruction, meaning, and purpose embedded in your words.

We talked about the energy of words earlier; all of creation responds to the sound code of your words. Your words carry a creative force. Every word you speak is a wave that carries meaning, purpose, and potential for creating, instructing, and communicating.

PRAYER
Dear Father, thank you for the creative power of words. Through your Word, all things were made, and by speaking in faith, I align with your divine principles. I use my words wisely to encode life, meaning and purpose in everything I say. Thank you for teaching me these profound truths and for making me a creator through the power of my words, in Jesus' Name. Amen.

THEME: THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN FAITH AND HOPE

THEME SCRIPTURE: Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen (Hebrews 11:1).

Faith is the essence, the title deed of things hoped for. Hope is usually in the future; it is something you look forward to, something you desire that’s not yet realized. It's a picture of the future or an image of a desired outcome, accomplishment, possession, or fulfilment. So, hope is important as it precedes faith.

Faith, on the other hand, is the essence of hope. Hope is foundational for faith to operate. Without hope, faith has no substance, no life. The Bible tells us that these three abide: faith, hope, and love (1 Corinthians 13:13). While it emphasizes that love is the greatest, it also shows the indispensable nature of all three. These elements—faith, hope, and love—are unique to us as part of our God-given nature.

Hope is critical because it sustains us, keeping us connected to the future. It is the picture, the image that faith gives substance to. When you can see it in hope, faith makes it real. The relationship between faith and hope is beautifully illustrated through the concept of wave-particle duality in quantum physics. Experiments in quantum mechanics reveal that subatomic particles, when unobserved, exist as waves. However, when observed, the wave collapses into a particle, forming matter.

This phenomenon parallels the operation of faith and hope. Hope is the potential energy—the wave, the possibility. When you focus on it, when you observe it through faith, it collapses into matter. It becomes real. The Bible already explained this reality. It shows us that hope must precede faith.

Hope provides the picture, and faith transforms that potential into a tangible reality. Without hope, faith has nothing to act upon. When you have hope, you possess the possibility of what can be realized and faith activates it, turning that which was hitherto intangible into substance.

PRAYER
Dear Father, thank you for the three creative elements: faith, hope, and love. I set my heart on the vision of your Word, stirring hope in my heart for a greater and brighter future; my faith is alive and active; it brings every possibility to reality. My faith is active, producing results and materializing every promise in my life, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

FURTHER STUDY
Romans 8:24-25 For we are saved by hope: but hope that is seen is not hope: for what a man seeth, why doth he yet hope for? 25 But if we hope for that we see not, then do we with patience wait for it.

2 Corinthians 4:17-18 For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, worketh for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory; 18 While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen are eternal.

THEME: THE UNDENIABLE IMPACT OF WORDS

THEME SCRIPTURE: Death and life are in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof (Proverbs 18:21).

The power of words is undeniable, as revealed by a ground-breaking experiment conducted by a renowned scientist many years ago. He demonstrated the profound effects of words on water. This scientist placed water in different jars and spoke distinct words to each jar.

To some, he spoke kind and loving words like, "You're wonderful; you're beautiful." These jars produced beautiful and harmonious crystal formations. To others, he spoke harsh and negative words like, "You're ugly, terrible, and good-for-nothing." Those ones formed disfigured and unattractive crystals.

This experiment reveals a significant lesson. Recall that the human body is over seventy per cent water, which s for more than two-thirds of its composition. Therefore, the words you speak to yourself and your body have a tangible effect. When you repeatedly use negative words, you deform the water crystals within you. Over time, this deformation can manifest as physical ailments. This is why you must be mindful of your speech, as the words you choose can either bring life or destruction to your own body.

Don’t make terrible comments like, "This job is killing me"; you might think it’s harmless, but such expressions wreak havoc on the water crystals in your body. After years of speaking such negative words, you may find yourself suffering from inexplicable health conditions.

, death and life are in the power of the tongue (Proverbs 18:21). Your words hold creative power. Speak words of life, health and strength to yourself. The crystals in your body respond to words, and your speech has the potential to heal, transform and invigorate your physical being. Take this seriously.

CONFESSION
My speech aligns with God’s Word, bringing life, health, and peace to my body and mind. I speak words of faith, love and hope, and my body responds to these words, functioning perfectly to the glory of God, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

FURTHER STUDY

THEME: THE GLORY IS YOURS TO WALK IN

THEME SCRIPTURE: And the glory which thou gavest me I have given them; that they may be one, even as we are one (John 17:22).

John 17 recounts the beautiful prayer of the Lord Jesus, a profound and intimate moment that marked the culmination of His farewell discourse to His disciples, just before His arrest and crucifixion. In those precious words, the Lord Jesus spoke to the Father with deep love for His disciples, desiring their protection, unity, and sanctification.

Part of His endearing and amazing words is what we read in our opening scripture. He said, "And the glory which thou gavest me I have given them....” How extraordinary this is! He gave us His glory. Blessed be God! Many Christians pray, "Oh God, we will not take your glory." Though this sounds religious, it’s unnecessary and incongruous with His truth.

The glory that Jesus received from the Father, He has given to us. Jesus Himself said it, and this glory is ours to walk in. Think about what this glory represents. In the Old Testament, the garment of the priest symbolized glory and righteousness. It was known as the robe of righteousness, and Jesus has clothed us with that very glory. Hallelujah!

Part of walking in God’s glory is walking in His divine provisions. To live in lack, sickness, poverty, or sin is not glorious. You’re called to walk in victory, in abundance, and in divine health. You’re called to reign in life. Walk in this consciousness every day, and you’ll see the manifestation of His power and abundance in your life.

Refuse to settle for less than what God has already provided for you. You’re a prince of power with God; called, sanctified, justified, and glorified. Therefore, manifest His glory everywhere: “But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light” (1 Peter 2:9).

PRAYER
Righteous Father, thank you for the glory you’ve given me in Jesus Christ. I’m endued with this glory, and I live above lack, sickness, and fear. I walk boldly in your glory, confident that all my needs have been entered into your supply system, in Jesus' Name. Amen.

FURTHER STUDY:

2 Corinthians 3:18 But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory, even as by the Spirit of the Lord.

1 Peter 2:9 AMPC But you are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a dedicated nation, [God’s] own purchased, special people, that you may set forth the wonderful deeds and display the virtues and perfections of Him Who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light.

THEME: BE BOLD BUT HUMBLE

THEME SCRIPTURE: Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world (1 John 4:4).

Your personal knowledge of who you are in Christ will most certainly inspire confidence and boldness in your spirit. Everywhere you go, you carry yourself with assurance and dignity. Even in the face of challenges, you’re bold; never intimidated. Consider the Lord Jesus; when He stood before Pontius Pilate, He wasn’t intimidated, but gave a good and bold testimony.

The Lord Jesus was always in dominion. He was the embodiment of humility, yet He was never intimidated by anything or anyone. Likewise, don’t let fear or timidity hold you back. Be respectful and humble, but never intimidated. Speak out when you need to, and let your voice be heard.

When I was in school as a little boy, I was a bright student, but I didn’t manifest so much boldness. Even when I knew the answers to the questions the teachers asked in class, I hesitated to raise my hand. Others who were bolder, even if they were wrong, gained the teacher’s attention, commendation or correction. But it all changed when I received the Holy Spirit; I became audacious and fearless.

Being courageous and audacious is very important in life. Recall the onition God gave to Joshua when Joshua launched out in ministry: “Only be thou strong and very courageous…” (Joshua 1:7). Many have the knowledge and ability to contribute meaningfully in their environments but are often not courageous enough to take a stand. Those who speak up right or wrong—are the ones who get noticed, respected, and corrected if necessary.

Even when you greet people, let your voice be clear and confident. Don’t mumble or shrink back in uncertainty. Speak boldly, greet boldly, and live boldly. God has given you the spirit of power, not of fear. Step out in that power and make your voice heard. But balance this with humility. Boldness is not arrogance. True boldness is rooted in confidence, coupled with a teachable spirit.

PRAYER
Dear Father, I walk with the assurance of who I am in Christ, speaking up and making my voice count for your kingdom and for your glory in these last days. I remain humble as I boldly declare your truth, knowing that you are with me always, in Jesus' Name. Amen.

You know nothing about how the corporate image works…
You should be scared of the fact that you might never be in a position of leadership

I have led teams, projects, both in Nigeria, across sub Sarah africa and the US… even though I’m barely clocking 30… I have managed teams with people old enough to be my uncles and aunties. I am speaking with experience and not just emotional sentiments.
Information management to the public is a very important skill leaders should have. Not everything is public apologies. That public apology may cost you more harm than good… there are times you use public apologies but use it wisely…
The damage already done, the way they handled it made it worse
I even read the apology… saying shitts like Man proposes God Disposes only shows how lame, dull, and incompetent they are

Worst of all, listing some certain states knowing how volatile the Nigerian system is and how people are quick to politicize and tribalize every little thing.
If you think my comment is off, I won’t blame you… not every brain is equal, you are obviously someone with limited experience and exposure

I just pray you experience destiny-thréatening wrong accusations or probably encounter chéating with something that has to do with your destiny and future, and at the end, the person that chéated you will not own up.

Whoever advises jamb to make a public apology is the most idiotic person in the world of corporate image..

First you make a mistake, second you made a stupid judgement to come online and make an apology..

People don’t understand human psychology and public perception.. the public isn’t that bright.

Chai!!!

In critical decision making, picking between two tough decisions…. you think it thoroughly and look at the long term effect of your decisions… make an apology now and lose an entire public trust over the years and future??

There are better ways to have gone about this… you could have called for a second jamb for everyone in later part of the year…. Something like second chance maybe in July to write jamb due to mass failure… The pubic will praise you for your goodness, and you internally deal with the situation and punish who needs to be punished… win win situation..

Now you tarnish your image, public trust!!! Worst of all bringing opportunities for people to start a tribal argument over nonsense

And the crazy thing is glitch or no glitch… many kids will still fail… now they all have the perfect excuses

You are a terríble person with this type of mentality. I'm already scàred of you.

THEME: SPEAK BOLDLY OF YOUR ONENESS WITH HIM

THEME SCRIPTURE: I and my Father are one (John 10:30).

In John 10:32-38 we read about the Lord Jesus and the scepticism of the Jewish leaders as they accused Him of blasphemy, seeking an opportunity to arrest Him. Verse 39 says, “Therefore they sought again to take him: but he escaped out of their hand” (John 10:39).

Now, notice the latter portion that says “he escaped out of their hand.” Some have said He escaped out of fear; that’s not true, because He didn’t have it in Him to fear. , He faced death and refused to avoid it even when He had the chance. He escaped on this occasion because it wasn’t the appointed time for His sacrifice.

If He had allowed them to harm Him, the Father would have intervened, and they would have been destroyed. Jesus knew this. He said in Matthew 26:53, "Thinkest thou that I cannot now pray to my Father, and he shall presently give me more than twelve legions of angels?" This was the Son of God, fully aware of His authority and the power of angels at His command.

Consider Elisha and his servant when they were surrounded by an army. The servant was afraid, but Elisha told him, "...Fear not: for they that be with us are more than they that be with them." And Elisha prayed, and said, LORD, I pray thee, open his eyes, that he may see. And the LORD opened the eyes of the young man; and he saw: and, behold, the mountain was full of horses and chariots of fire round about Elisha" (2 Kings 6:16-17).

If that happened with Elisha, then think about the Lord Jesus. He knew He had myriads of angels with Him. His actions were purposeful, demonstrating that He was always in control. Even under pressure, He maintained His focus on fulfilling the will of the Father, showing us the perfect example of courage and confidence in God’s plan.

This same Jesus lives in us today by His Spirit, and His boldness is ours. Like Him, you must trust the Father completely, walking in the assurance of His love, power, and perfect purpose for your life. Psalm 118:6 says, "The LORD is on my side; I will not fear: what can man do unto me?" Furthermore, the Apostle Paul in 2 Timothy 1:7 reinforces this truth: "For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind." Hallelujah! So be bold in affirming who you are in Christ and your oneness with Him. That was what got the Jews mad; their religious minds couldn’t accept or relate with the audacity and conviction with which Jesus spoke of His oneness with the Father. And we’re just like Him.

CONFESSION
I walk in the boldness and courage of Christ; fear has no place in me. I’m bold, courageous, daring and audacious in affirming my oneness with the Lord. I live boldly in Him, full of faith and confidence in His divine protection, guidance and plan for my life. And I thank the Lord for the victory I have in Christ Jesus. Amen.

FURTHER STUDY:
John 10:32-39 Jesus answered them, Many good works have I shewed you from my Father; for which of those works do ye stone me? 33 The Jews answered him, saying, For a good work we stone thee not; but for blasphemy; and because that thou, being a man, makest thyself God. 34 Jesus answered them, Is it not written in your law, I said, Ye are gods? 35 If he called them gods, unto whom the word of God came, and the scripture cannot be broken; 36 Say ye of him, whom the Father hath sanctified, and sent into the world, Thou blasphemest; because I said, I am the Son of God? 37 If I do not the works of my Father, believe me not. 38 But if I do, though ye believe not me, believe the works: that ye may know, and believe, that the Father is in me, and I in him. 39 Therefore they sought again to take him: but he escaped out of their hand,

1 John 4:4 Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world.

THEME: INSTRUMENTS OF RIGHTEOUSNESS

THEME SCRIPTURE:...but yield yourselves unto God, as those that are alive from the dead, and your as instruments of righteousness unto God (Romans 6:13).

Romans 6:10-11 is the reality of your life in Christ. You’re dead to sin and alive unto God. You’re not under the dominion of sin or death. The old nature that was a slave to sin is dead—crucified with Christ—and now you live in the newness of life. You’re alive to righteousness, glory, and the Lordship of Jesus.

It helps us understand what the Bible says in Romans 6:12, “Let not sin therefore reign in your mortal body, that ye should obey it in the lusts thereof.” This means you have authority over your body, over your thoughts, over everything that pertains to you. You’re no longer subject to failure, decay, or destruction.

You’ve come out of spiritual death into the realm of life— God’s life. When you touch things, they don’t deteriorate; they improve. Why? Because the righteousness of God fixes things; it carries life, success and glory; and you’re the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus.

Think about it: the whole creation is in bondage because of corruption. Everything in the world has been subjected to decay and destruction: “For we know that he whole creation groaneth and travaileth in pain together until now” (Romans 8:22). But what is the creation waiting for? The preceding verse 19 tells us; it says, “For the earnest expectation of the creature waiteth for the manifestation of the sons of God.”

You’re the one to set creation free from the bondage of corruption. Everything connected to you—Your clothes, your cars, your home—is meant to reflect and be impacted by the life of God, because as read in our theme scripture, you’re an instrument of righteousness. This means wherever you go, things get better. Whoever encounters you is improved, because the righteousness of God functions through you.

You’re a carrier of life, restoration, and glory. You don’t just exist; you reign, you fix and renew things. Let this be your consciousness: you’re the manifestation of Christ’s righteousness. You function in His divine order and His divine power, bringing His glory everywhere.

CONFESSION
I’m an instrument of righteousness; I carry the life of God. His glory and wisdom are expressed in and through me. Everything associated with me reflects the righteousness of God. I bring deliverance, restoration, and life to creation. I reign in life as a mature son of God, manifesting His glory always, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

FURTHER STUDY
Romans 8:19-21 For the earnest expectation of the creature waiteth for the manifestation of the sons of God. 20 For the creature was made subject to vanity, not willingly, but by reason of him who hath subjected the same in hope, 21 Because the creature itself also shall be delivered from the bondage of corruption into the glorious liberty of the children of God.

2 Corinthians 5:17-21 Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are ed away; behold, all things are become new. 18 And all things are of God, who hath reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ, and hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation; 19 To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their treses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation. 20 Now then we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God did beseech you by us: we pray you in Christ's stead, be ye reconciled to God. 21 For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.

Colossians 3:9-10 Lie not one to another, seeing that ye have put off the old man with his deeds; 10 And have put on the new man, which is renewed in knowledge after the image of him that created him:

THEME: HE DIED TO GIVE US A NEW LIFE

THEME SCRIPTURE: Knowing this, that our old man is crucified with him, that the body of sin might be destroyed, that henceforth we should not serve sin (Romans 6:6).

The Lord Jesus didn’t come to give us a religion; He came to give us life the God-life! He gave up everything, even His own life, to make us sons of God. When you truly understand the magnitude of His sacrifice, it’ll transform your outlook on life. You’d live victoriously every day, knowing that His death, burial and resurrection brought us life everlasting—free from sin, sickness, poverty and death.

The vicarious sacrifice of Jesus Christ wasn’t symbolic; it was a reality, and so is the freedom it brought to us. His resurrection secured our victory over death and every form of oppression. The Bible says, “Knowing that Christ being raised from the dead dieth no more; death hath no more dominion over him” (Romans 6:9). And guess what? Death has no dominion over you either because you’re in Him.

Through His death, burial, and resurrection, Jesus gave you His very nature. You’re now alive unto God! You’re not just forgiven; you’re recreated, made the righteousness of God in Christ. This is why you can boldly declare, “I’ll never be sick in my life! I’ll never be broke in my life!” These aren’t empty confessions; they’re realities of the life we’ve received in Christ.

So, reign in life through Christ as the Bible says: “For if by one man's offence death reigned by one; much more they which receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness shall reign in life by one, Jesus Christ” (Romans 5:17). Stop “trying” to make it; you’ve already made it in Christ! The old nature is dead, and the new you is alive with the life of God.

The Apostle Paul tells us, “Likewise reckon ye also yourselves to be dead indeed unto sin, but alive unto God through Jesus Christ our Lord” (Romans 6:11). Live with this consciousness. You’re not a sinner; you’re the righteousness of God in Christ. You’re not the defeated trying to get victory; you’re the victor, reigning in life through Christ Jesus. Hallelujah!

PRAYER
Dear Father, thank you for the finished work of Christ, which has made me righteous, victorious, and alive unto you, free from sin, sickness, poverty and every oppression of the enemy. I live in the fullness of the life of Christ, manifesting your glory everywhere, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

THEME: GROW FASTER THAN INFLATION

THEME SCRIPTURE: Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ (Ephesians 1:3).

Inflation has been a topic of discourse for a long time. Despite fluctuating economic conditions, the conversation surrounding its impact on daily life remains prevalent. Many individuals express concern over rising prices and the increasing cost of living. But my response to these complaints has always been the same: "Have you ever heard the government make an announcement saying, 'Everything is cheaper now than ever before'?"

Thus, the narrative has never changed. Prices will always rise, and challenges will escalate, but as a child of God, you’re the blessed seed of Abraham. You weren’t called to inherit or be a part of the hardship or curse of the land; rather, you were called to inherit the blessing (1 Peter 3:9).

What God’s people need is to know the Word, for in it, you’ll discover that we grow faster than inflation. Take a look at the story of Isaac in Genesis 26; the Bible records that there was a severe famine in the land, similar to the famine that had occurred during Abraham's time.

Isaac initially intended to move to Egypt to escape the famine; however, God instructed him to stay in Gerar. Instead of succumbing to fear or despair, Isaac obeyed God and remained in the land. While in Gerar, Isaac sowed and reaped a hundredfold harvest in the same year, because the Lord blessed him.

Isaac became very wealthy. He amassed flocks, herds and servants (Genesis 26:12-14). His prosperity was so notable that the Philistines envied him. This is your heritage; you’re to live above and beyond inflation, recession and poverty, walking in your inheritance as the seed of Abraham.

Never be overwhelmed by economic downturns or meltdowns; rather, always declare that your prosperity is of God. You’re not subject to the same limitations as the people of the world; the Lord has set you apart, and as you act on His Word, you’ll live in the reality of His blessings. Hallelujah!

PRAYER
Dear Father, thank you for choosing me to inherit a blessing and for empowering me to rise above the challenges of this world. I grow faster than inflation and every limitation in the natural world. Through your Word, I live in abundance and walk in the full blessing of the Gospel of Christ. My life is a testimony of your divine provisions and grace, and I shine as a beacon of hope in my world, in Jesus' Name. Amen.

FURTHER STUDY
2 Peter 1:3 According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue:

Deuteronomy 28:12 The LORD shall open unto thee his good treasure, the heaven to give the rain unto thy land in his season, and to bless all the work of thine hand: and thou shalt lend unto many nations, and thou shalt not borrow.

Psalm 1:3 NKJV - He shall be like a tree Planted by the rivers of water, That brings forth its fruit in its season, Whose leaf also shall not wither; And whatever he does shall prosper.

Genesis 26:12-14 Then Isaac sowed in that land, and received in the same year an hundredfold: and the LORD blessed him. 13 And the man waxed great, and went forward, and grew until he became very great: 14 For he had possession of flocks, and possession of herds, and great store of servants: and the Philistines envied him.

THEME: YOUR LOVE-WALK

THEME SCRIPTURE: Let all bitterness, and wrath, and anger, and clamour, and evil speaking, be put away from you, with all malice: And be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ's sake hath forgiven you Ephesians 4:31-32

Challenges will come; they may come from people around you or those from afar, but remain unflustered. Never repay evil with evil. You must walk in love at all times. The Lord Jesus said, “By this shall all men know that ye are my disciples, if ye have love one to another” (John 13:35).

In Matthew 5:44, the Lord said, “…Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you.” We’re to emulate the Lord in our love-walk. Ephesians 5:1-2 NIV, says, “Follow God’s example, therefore, as dearly loved children and walk in the way of love, just as Christ loved us….”

Can you take the insults without fighting back? Can you endure the blows and respond like the Master did, saying, “Father, forgive them, for they know not what they do”? You must overcome this hurdle. You should never entertain bitterness, as it will hinder your progress in the spirit. It doesn’t matter who you harbour bitterness against—friends, neighbours, strangers, family—it’ll impede your growth.

Bitterness and all negative emotions are clogs in the wheel of progress; therefore, get rid of them from your life and choose the love-way. Love is more than a smile or a kind exchange of words. It’s a state of your heart that you live out. It starts in your heart, and then you act on it. You develop a genuine concern and appreciation for others. You see God in them because they belong to Him. When this becomes real to you, your life will be inspiring and impactful. Praise God!

CONFESSION
I choose to walk in love, just as Christ loved me and gave Himself for me. I embrace the love-way and respond with kindness; I’m quick to forgive. Thank you, Lord, for making me an expression of your love, bringing healing, joy and peace to those around me, in Jesus' Name. Amen.

THEME: HE PREPARES AND TRAINS YOU

THEME SCRIPTURE: And he led them forth by the right way, that they might go to a city of habitation (Psalm 107:7).

When God brought the children of Israel out of Egypt, He didn’t lead them through the way of the Philistines, although it was the shorter route to the Promised Land. The Bible says God avoided that path because He knew the people hadn’t been trained for war and therefore would flee in fear when the enemy confronted them. They were slaves in Egypt, untrained and unprepared for battle.

As a result, the Lord led them through the longer way of the wilderness by the Red Sea, where they witnessed His signs and wonders and experienced His provision. Through this journey, God revealed Himself to them as Jehovah Rapha, their physician, and Jehovah Rohi, their shepherd. When they eventually faced battles, they called Him Jehovah Nissi, their banner who gives them victory.

This progression shows that God prepares and trains His people, building their faith and confidence in Him before they confront greater challenges. You might find yourself wondering why certain things are happening in your life. Perhaps you’ve been born again for several years, and yet some situations seem inexplicable despite your prayers. Relax and trust His process. Declare, “I am learning and growing." Glory to God!

I holding my first crusade at the age of fifteen. Before the crusade, I went from house to house, in street evangelism, sharing the Gospel wherever I could. I preached during workers’ break times, in schools to little kids, and to people my own age. Not everyone listened, but that didn’t matter. Jesus said to preach, and I obeyed.

Though I saw good results then, they didn’t compare to what we experience today because I needed to grow. Back then, God didn’t bring together twenty thousand people for me to preach to at once because I wasn’t ready. Reaching such a number required a lot more, and I had to grow into that capacity.

We often want things to move fast, don’t we? That’s why we create faster vehicles and computers. But God is the Ancient of Days. He works according to His divine patterns, timing and purpose, preparing us for what lies ahead.

PRAYER
Dear Father, thank you for leading me in the way I should go and preparing me for the life of victory and excellence you’ve ordained for me. I trust in your divine wisdom and timing as I grow in competence and capacity to fulfil your purpose for my life, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

THEME: JESUS IS GOD’S MESSAGE

THEME SCRIPTURE: In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God (John 1:1).

“Word” in the scripture above is “Logos” (Greek). It’s the more general term used for word because it encomes speech, idea, thought, and message. The key thing about “Logos” is the substance of the message. It’s like when you say, “I sent you a message”; that means you sent a word.

When you read John chapter one from the first verse all the way to verse fourteen, it lets you know that Jesus Christ is God's “Logos”; God's Message. All of God's thoughts, all of God's ideas, and all of God's opinions are wrapped up or encapsulated in Jesus. He’s the expression of God's mind. He’s the unveiling of the heart of the Father. If you want to know what God thinks, Jesus is the expression. Hallelujah!

John 1:9-11 tells us something remarkable. It says, “That was the true Light, which lighteth every man that cometh into the world. He was in the world, and the world was made by him, and the world knew him not. He came unto his own, and his own received him not.” God’s Word—His message came into the world; He came unto His own, and His own received Him not.

He came through the words of prophets such as Noah, Moses, Samuel, Jeremiah, Isaiah, Ezekiel, etc., but the world didn’t receive the Word. Then the Bible says, “The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us. We have seen his glory, the glory of the one and only Son, who came from the Father, full of grace and truth” (John 1:14 NIV). See what God did! The message became a man; the man, Christ Jesus.

Before the incarnation, there were some who received God's message and believed that one day they would rise from the dead and have eternal life. Abraham believed. David believed. The prophets talked about it; they knew the day would come, and they believed it. The angel gave the message to Daniel as well. He told him about those who will rise to eternal blessings and those who will be eternally condemned (Daniel 12:2).

The Word became flesh and dwelt among us. This is extraordinary. The voice that Moses heard from the burning bush, the message that he wrote from God to the children of Israel, the writings of the prophets—all of these took on flesh and appeared to men. His name is Jesus—the living Word. Glory to His Name forever.

CONFESSION
Lord Jesus, you’re great and greatly to be praised; you’re the Word in flesh, the fullness of the Godhead, and the expression of God's thoughts, ideas and opinions. You’re life eternal, manifested to man. You’re the unveiling of the Father’s heart, His righteousness, love, grace, goodness and mercy. You’re the eternal Word of God, and I love you now and always. Amen.

FURTHER STUDY
John 1:9-14 That was the true Light, which lighteth every man that cometh into the world. 10 He was in the world, and the world was made by him, and the world knew him not. 11 He came unto his own, and his own received him not. 12 But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name: 13 Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God. 14 And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.

1 John 1:1-3 That which was from the beginning, which we have heard, which we have seen with our eyes, which we have looked upon, and our hands have handled, of the Word of life; 2 (For the life was manifested, and we have seen it, and bear witness, and shew unto you that eternal life, which was with the Father, and was manifested unto uswink 3 That which we have seen and heard declare we unto you, that ye also may have fellowship with us: and truly our fellowship is with the Father, and with his Son Jesus Christ.

THEME: PERFECT AND COMPLETE IN ALL THE WILL OF GOD

THEME SCRIPTURE: Epaphras, who is one of you, a servant of Christ, saluteth you, always labouring fervently for you in prayers, that ye may stand perfect and complete in all the will of God (Colossians 4:12)

In the verse of scripture above, we observe that the Spirit of God, through Epaphras, was praying for the church in Colossae to stand perfect and complete in all the will of God. He wanted them to grow in their relationship with Christ and be fully mature. He used the word “complete,” which is from the Greek “ple‌roo”, and it means to be full or to be fully loaded.

So, you’re to be replete or fully loaded with all the will of God. This is God’s plan for your life. Hallelujah! That means you’re never in doubt or confused as to the will of God concerning anything, because you’re replete or fully loaded with the knowledge of His will. It reminds of another prayer of the Spirit in Colossians 1:9, “For this cause we also, since the day we heard it, do not cease to pray for you, and to desire that ye might be filled with the knowledge of his will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding.” Blessed be God!

Is this possible in the earth, for us to be filled with the knowledge of God’s will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding? Emphatically yes! It’s the Spirit’s desire for all God’s children. So what are you supposed to do? You say, “Yes! That’s my life; that’s my confession; I’m replete, perfect, and complete in all the will of God. I’m filled with the knowledge of God’s will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding." Make this your constant confession.

, the way to activate the power of God’s Word in your life is to respond; you acknowledge His truths and speak accordingly. Philemon 1:6 says, “That the communication of thy faith may become effectual by the acknowledging of every good thing which is in you in Christ Jesus.”

The communication of your faith—that is, the way you live out and share your Christian faith—becomes effective, productive and powerful when you acknowledge every good thing that is in you in Christ Jesus. One of these good things is that you’re replete with the knowledge of His will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding. Hallelujah!

PRAYER
Dear Father, thank you for making me complete in Christ Jesus. I acknowledge every good thing that you have deposited and placed in me in Christ Jesus. I’m fully loaded with your grace, power, and wisdom; replete with health, strength, prosperity, and victory. I’m filled with the knowledge of your will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

THEME: STAY AND BE COMMITTED IN CHURCH

THEME SCRIPTURE: And he is the head of the body, the church: who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead; that in all things he might have the preeminence (Colossians 1:18).

Some people have stopped going to church because they were offended by what others said or did to them. That shouldn't be. Never let anything keep you from going to church or withdraw from fellowship. Stay and be committed in church, serving the Lord.

Sadly, some carry the same attitude they grew up with at home into the church. Maybe their parents reprimanded them or did something they didn’t like, so they left home and chose never to return. They developed a resistance to correction or unforgiveness, and they brought that same disposition into the church. No; in Christ, we receive corrections and instructions in humility and love, and we learn to forgive when offended.

Salvation signifies that Jesus is the Lord of your life. You can’t just do what you choose anymore; you’re no longer in charge of your life. The Lord Jesus said, “...I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it” (Matthew 16:18). In His church, He has set structures in place.

The Bible says, “And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers; For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ: Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ” (Ephesians 4:11-13). There’s an order in the Church, and as Christians, we adhere to that order because He is our Lord.

Spiritual growth involves learning to receive and follow instructions, spiritual guidance, and accept discipline. These are evidence that your mind is being renewed and your life has been transformed. So in church you grow and become more effective in your Christian walk through the corrections, instructions and guidance you receive from the Word.

Don’t say, “I was offended by what the Pastor said, so I’m going to stop attending the church.” that the Lord Himself is in charge of His Church and you follow Him (John 10:4). And part of submitting to His lordship is submitting to the structures He has established in His Church.

PRAYER
Dear Lord Jesus, thank you for being the Lord of my life. I submit to your guidance and the order you have established in the Church. I refuse to let offence hinder my walk with you or my fellowship with my brothers and sisters in the Lord. Thank you for teaching me to listen, grow, and follow you faithfully. Amen.

Hebrews 13:17 Obey them that have the rule over you, and submit yourselves: for they watch for your souls, as they that must give , that they may do it with joy, and not with grief: for that is unprofitable for you.

Hebrews 10:24-25 And let us consider one another to provoke unto love and to good works: 25 Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching.
