NNPCL is trying to be monopolistic. They are trying to force Dangote Refinery to source crude oil abroad which will ultimately translate to increasing demand for FOREX and higher cost of petroleum products from Dangote Refinery.

I think Federal Government through the Ministry of Finance, the arm that isters the sale of crude oil in Nigeria, should ensure that Dangote refinery is not starved of crude oil for production of petroleum products for local consumption.
