What has your diet been like? Do you gulp carbonated drinks often? What do you weigh on a scale? Do you eat sugar? Do you cook with seed oil? (Groundnut oil) Do you drink alcohol often? |

Miraclenoble: Natural food are cheaper than processed food and if I sense that my life may be on the line, I'll do whatever needs to be done to not die. I won't try, I would absolutely do it. Protein based foods are cheaper than the exorbitant processed foods. My diet consists mostly: Meat Fish Eggs Potatoes Beans Soup and swallow. I use natural animal fat for cooking, I don't use seed oil (vegetable/groundnut oil) for cooking. Anytime I wanna eat complex carbohydrates (rice, bean, yam, potatoes, I make sure the protein is more than the carbs and I usually eat just once a day. When you eat food rich in protein, you hardly get hungry every now and then. So it becomes easy to fast for a day or two. |

This is the second post about rotting foot I've seen this morning and I'll give the same advice I gave the other guy. Seems you are battling foot ulcer/diabetic foot. Your legs can heal if you change what you eat and how you eat. It may seem like magic, but the problem is not just your legs, that's just where the symptom has decided to show itself. You may have Type 2 Diabetes. I am not a medical doctor but I have read widely on T2D. Here is what you should do: 1. Cut out Carbohydrates/processed carbohydrates from your diet. 2. Cut out sugar/processed sugar. (Bread, donuts, biscuits, meat pies, noodles, spaghetti, sugar, honey, carbonated drinks) 3. Practice 1MAD (1 meal a day) 4. Practice autophagy marathon (48hr fasting) for cell recycling and regeneration. 5. Eat Only protein based foods from now on. 6. If you do not heed, your legs may be amputated. For reference, you can read "the diabetes code" by Jason Fung. 34 Likes 2 Shares |

I know food may seem like the most important thing to you right now but it is actually one of your biggest enemies. Seems you are battling foot ulcer/diabetic foot. Talk to your mum (where is your dad?), let her talk to some elders in your kindred and hear what they have to say. I am afraid, this isn't solely your decision to make, although if you fail to do the right thing, the repercussions are solely yours to carry. You can't stubborn your way out of certain things, especially things like these. She was with you till death, she had a son for you, her family knows you and knew she was with you, and if the economy wasn't bad, you would have probably married her a long time ago. You were a defacto husband, albeit traditionally unofficial, now the circumstances behind making it official may be absurd to you, but it is the right thing to do. Do it for her, do it for your son. 17 Likes |

The OP is like a wayward child who detests the father for trying to keep order and keep him grounded. The African culture and traditions are wise, stiff and brutal. Many people who find them offensive are those who have been brainwashed by the white man's diluting and adulterating culture which is neither here or there, just constantly evolving, anywhere the winds of politics decides it should go. You hate African culture and traditions so much because they have obviously stopped you from living a "modern" life which in the real sense would be abominable. African culture and traditions are mostly enshrined in working relationship with mother earth. Deal with it. 1 Like |

Families used to be close knit, with strong non-negotiable values. Boys were instilled with certain values to carry them into their journey of becoming men of value, and girls instilled with certain feminine values to prepare them also on their journey into womanhood. Both genders are instilled with strong generic family values, so they can always recognize and acknowledge when they are deviating from the norm. This dissemination of values from the family to the society at large translated to a healthy society. A society where everybody understood his/her roles and did their best to carry them out. Family pride and honor was usually at stake. With strong family values intact, navigating the society at large becomes quite a familiar journey, and in cases where you encounter problems, you always have your family/values ( system) to fall back to. Something disrupted this cycle and adulterated the family system. Internet/industrial age/capitalism/America. Family roles started changing, started becoming more flexible for both parents and the children. New values with no proper foundation were born out of these changes and flexibilities. To cope with new demands of living and earning, fathers had to work more, thus staying away from the home more, mothers were also tasked to contribute to the home income by also working, while also running the home. The pressure to provide and also run the home becomes too tasking for the parents and the children were either forced to become adults and contribute more in taking care of themselves, or the job gets delegated to schools and nannies. Creche bacame a thing and it blew up real quick. Toddlers below the age of 5 who are supposed to be under their mother's care 24/7 are ed on to strangers to cater to them. Children spend the better parts of their formative years either in school or in the care of strangers (Nannies). The best parents can give is the odd "family weekend" or family vacations. These kids pick up so much values from everywhere else except the home, because the home has actually transformed into just a house. The home has become just a house where people just come back late at night after work, tired and worn out, sleep and then rush out again at dawn. The rate of children growing up in this kind of family setup has increased tremendously over the years and this has left gaps in the personality shaping of the individuals in said family. The rate at which good family values are transmitted into these kids and the society at large has as expected decreased tremendously also. The boy child is lost as to what his role is in the family and society, just as the female child is equally confused as to what values are required of her as a woman of virtue. Hell, virtue is hardly even a word these days. The boy child is gradually brainwashed and convinced that it is okay to play the role of woman from time to time, and the girl child is also convinced that it is okay to play the role of a man. Then you often hear statements like "getting in touch with your feminity", "a strong woman", "gender equality" You hear words like sexism, sexist, feminism, misogyny way too often because there is now a battle of power between both sexes. This is because the modern woman has lost her feminity (virtue), after having had a whiff of the male power and wants some of that power for keeps. The modern man has lost his way (masculinity) because he got in touch with his "feminine side" and stayed too long. He seem to be in a constant battle to regain it. A battle to the death. This whole clusterfuck is so glaring in the society today. The young generation are lashing out and acting wild, because they are confused. They haven't been given a proper manuscript, a solid blueprint on how to navigate through life. The family values have been eroded. When these young folks, ill-prepared and less equipped go into the real world and are found wanting, they have no family/values ( system) to fall back to, so they devise means to keep up (crime and drug abuse) or the just give in, have mental breakdown and end up in institutions. When you think about it, this whole clusterfuck is kind of a profit machine for the society/government/powers that be. The society's response to all of these is to build more prisons, more mental institutions, the pharmaceutical companies, more university courses that look into mental health, more psychologists, more personal development coaches. These are the duties of the family on the micro level, ultimately delegated to the society in the macro level. Who is benefitting from the status quo? |

Hey guys! I wrote a post last week about making money(crypto) on the internet from the comfort of your home, with little or no investment. Unfortunately, the post was deleted by the MODS, probably because I was talking about cryptocurrency. Well, that's what you'd be earning, so I was gonna talk about it. But before the post was deleted, a lot of people got in touch with me and I created a Telegram group in this effect, so I could lecture them extensively. I am eager to help as many as possible that are willing to learn. If you can write, it is guaranteed you'd make at least $15-$25 a week as a newbie. The potential is high and you can make it your main means of livelihood. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ The emergence of cryptocurrency has expanded the pool of financial opportunities on the internet. Blogging (Nigerian standard) used to be mostly about owning a website, writing celebrity/gossip gist, driving traffic to your blog and making money through Google Adsense. People still own blogs and people still earn the old fashioned way but there is something new and it is less stressful, less complicated, less capital intensive and I dare say, more financially rewarding long term. A lot of Projects (crypto developers) have come up with diverse means of helping grow the stock and popularity and usage of their token/projects and blogging is one of them. These sites have given us the platform to write and earn in cryptocurrency ($) while we still keep exclusive ownership of our materials. Currently, there are quite a lot of these crypto-based blog sites out there. But, in order not to spread yourself too thin, it is always better to choose your fights and concentrate on them. So, I am going to be talking about just, but rest assured that these 3 are a handful. Once you have onboarded and familiarized yourself with how everything works, then you can explore further on your own. What you need to have in mind though is this, on these sites, not all your posts are gonna bang! But if you are good and are confident in your abilities to convey your thought well, then don't fret. The best thing is, you do not need to spend the whole of your day glued to your seat and PC. It usually takes me around 4hrs to brainstorm and then turn my thoughts on a particular topic into a written material, then I post. On a good day, I make up to $25 a day from all the sites combined, on a meh day, I make around $3. How much I make daily depends on a lot of factors, some of which are...(1).The amount of effort I put into brainstorming and writing that day, (2).how interesting my post was/is and how relatable it is to those who are gonna read and upvote me. (3). Nigerian factor - NEPA/Network. So, if you love to write, and there is an extensive niche of things you can write about... Movies Finance Technology Sports (Football) Fitness Music. etc Check my signature and me on Telegram. I will give you all the guidance you'd need, from creation to where to write and how to tag your posts and where to get free images. There is also a Play To Earn Blockchain game I am gonna be teaching you. |
