Lagos State IGR alone is more than the FAAC of the three top oil producing states in Nigeria combined. Lagos state earns more than the top 6 richest states in Nigeria combined.
On top of that Lagos still collects a fat FAAC plus IGR and sures all other states by a factor of more than X10.
Anybody comparing Lagos with other States should ask his father why his family isn't as rich as Otedola, Abiola or Otudeko family. Afteral they are all Yoruba and existed in same century. So by that logic of why are other states not like Lagos, then his father should be as rich as the Adeleke family and should have same wealth.

I showed him a valid allocation of plate number showing the old-new plate number details, previous proof of ownership on the old plate number.

I was stopped by police, checked papers. I am using my old plate number on my new car. Which is EXISTING. I have the existing number place registration paper, old proof ownership showing old car. But renewed proof of ownership showing my current car. Now, police said I must have court papers showing I use my old plate on my new car. I was shocked to my anus. .After serious arguments about that, took me to their station, which I won't allow ordinarily( I prefer doing normal than drive inside station) but I was interested to get to see their ogas, hoping they will correct him, their own is even worse, we met 3 different boss, all saying same thing.,Eventually, I concluded, I am dealing with Nigeria police. My mistake is, trying to explaining to them and forgot I am dealing with Nigerian police.This is how it has been for years, just get existing number plate paper. They spoke with the person in charge of my paper renewal, that one makes it worse because she was so annoyed hearing such. You can't drag with them, so is either I wait till Tuesday to go customary court and do the the paper(if there is anything like that) or I do normal. I chose the later... Let the rotting continues.

I saw a Tiktok video of a guy that was fined at 3:50am on that MBA road, same thing he said, will he be moving slow at midnight. But I still believe the fines is extortion because no road sign whatsoever, atimes you forget speed limit when you are in hurry. Imagine, Omoapena was fined at 65km/phr. Moreso, 80km/hr on 3MB is not fair for such highway.

The first instance is the issue you narrated. Uber blocked me for issues like this. I had to mail and blast them, just hear my side of the story or check my records, I have never had issue with any rider until that day, next day, they unblocked me.
Also, ing my renewed insurance on Uber is always hectic for me, despite the details on NIID, uber will say Insurance number not tally. I can be on that for days because they would have block your access to the app. Wetin concern Bolt with car papers, just carry their rider from point A to B and they get their commission, everybody is fine.
More so, Uber will block you for inspection because a rider that doesn't like you complained about your car despite your inspection is up to date. They are just too perfect for this kind of Nigeria environment. It is getting difficult to do the right thing in this porous and frustrating Nigeria environment. I really like Uber, but they don't understand the system. Presently, I am not sure if acceptance rate still affect drivers, but if it does, then they have more issue.

I think Uber is the best app now. Met an uber driver at abagbon close, who only works on uber. He came to pick some people. The riders shared themselves, some entered mine(indrive) and some entered his. We got talking before they entered and he advised me to work solely on uber with my muscle. That it will pay me better than indrive and bolt. We discussed some other things. I told him Uber blocked me a long time ago. He said he could help open it again. That he would talk to an insider in uber.

Infact he added me to one of their groups. He asked me the reason for the block and I told him I had a little issue with a rider and he reported me and they blocked me without asking me what transpired.

I'm hoping he would help me open it. Make I try uber again. I don taya for indrive and bolt dey do "on and off".....if U know!

Good one. May be when you try it,you can actually determine which is better. But the bottom line about these ehailing apps is, none is better than the other. If you have access to the 3 apps, you have to know when to switch. There are atimes that you will hate the sound of Indriver whenever Bolt opens the tomatoes border. And there are some 'locations' you will have to put off your Bolt app and stay with indriver or Uber. But Uber likely frustrate you with long pick up and some of their rules is way too stringent for a country like Nigeria. Only bolt understand that Nigeria is partly country/Zoo ... However , the grand rules still remains, do what works for you. Or whichever you mastered. Glithromix has eaten indriver vegetable concussion, he refused to leave. Those guys are very good. You can not imagine extent they can go. They always appear big and some use thick voice like big brother Naijja voice or different fake accent,just to cajole desperate drivers. The truth is, your helper will never stress you. We've heard series of testimonies in the past here, they were simple conversation that comes with great help. Not all these broken reed riders that build castles in the air. They will request for offline trips but not ready to pay for your time and the conveniences you will provide them. The bottom line is, always NEGOTIATE without been greedy and the good ones will add the tip you are expecting.

These delivery bike guys have to be more careful with the way they maneuver and ride, especially on 3MB. Saw one accident involving one and Corolla now at the exit of Moloney. The bike guy died, gruesome view. Sone of them don't even use helmet. Is really sad this morning. His family will be expecting him by evening .

70k? I'm not saying it's feasible to earn this much day to day but on that Sunday that doubles as Sallah day, lmao. I made over 70k and I returned home around 9 PM because bolt doesn't give out jobs to dispatchers from 8 PM for reasons I don't know and I can't work with Uber alone since it pays peanut so I had to return home after I ended the last job I took before 8. If I wanted to work extra hours, I could easily make 100k because orders were crazy.
Attached is a screenshot of my earning in May even as there wasn't surge and as I did plenty offline trips too. Mind you, I pick jobs from Uber and indrive to compliment every long delivery which means this is just a normal month earning on bolt alone (mind you, I didn't work 31 straight days and there were days I just did one trip and returned home).
