fastboot is a much better option. plus you don't have to the whole ROM now. just the recovery.img will do. since yours is rooted already, flashing it will be the fastest way to get root access for those people getting the restore error.

the said cube2012 even asked me to pay 6k. I discovered this method after many sleepless nights and several trials & errors subjecting my phone to brick. I finally got it done around 2:38am this morning and posted it almost immediately. cube is in Lagos and I am in Aba. You never knew how many Chinese websites I visited and translated after your Cube2012 told me I can't root my TECNO F7. all d same, I used eroot v1.3.3 while others used a different version and I never knew someone else has posted d stuff until now coz I thought i am d 1st. bros, I am KINGZOUL and not him. have a nice day. you can equally check out my previous post if u wish, Mr.

seunpayne: didn't work o...stuck on restore screen.

Sad news though, if you have used all the other restore with bin4nry one click root, you will always have the restore screen called up, which shouldn't be but it's already written. It's a file that eroot can't overwrite unless you flash a new rom then you are goodto go. Waiting for F7 Rom to flash.

it roots while ya phone is on.
read the guide carefully again and follow the steps

He's doing what you said , this issue is common with those that used every harry & friends to root. Most especially all versions of bin4nry
