My package was picked up this morning, and everything was accurate and as ordered. I'd previously seen negative comments about her on Nairaland. I don't believe she's a scammer—she even refunded me for an out-of-stock item. Her prices are much lower than competitors, suggesting a unique sourcing method. I don't think she has a physical shop.

Would I buy from her again? Possibly, but I'd need significantly more patience. Her customer service needs serious improvement. While I believe she's trying her best, strong customer communication is crucial for any business.
I mentioned her here because my messages about the waybill were ignored, even though she was actively updating her status online.
