For me, when something isn’t working after trying hard to make it work, I do 2 things to fix the situation.

1. Quit or,
2. Try something else, with new approach.

Sometimes quitting isn’t necessary a failure, unless in Nigeria. Maguire should have enough finances to set up multi billion dollar business domiciled all across the world. If he chooses to leave football, he will still be rich.

Maguire will never be a better player again, he will only get worst, age is not on his side too. Fans don’t want him, he is a meme
