An Enugu Born Musician from Ngwo, Udi Local Government Area has called out a Pastor and General Overseer Of Faith Ministry Ministry Church with Branches in Isreal and Abuja, Pastor Samuel Donald for refusing to refund him the sum of N5million which he paid him to process travel documents for his Wife Mrs Chidinma Agu Promise.

Mr Chikadibia while detailing the alleged VISA scam by the Pastor said he paid him N5million since three years to process travel documents for his wife to him in Isreal but the pastor was unable to fulfill the agreement, instead he prepared documents and relocated his own family to the United Kingdom.

In the Video which he also posted in his Facebook Page, Lion Barizin Ice,he accused the pastor of allegedly instigating his wife against him despite the fact that he was paying her N200,000 as Monthly Allowance.

He accused the Pastor of destroying her marriage after keeping his wife in his Abuja House for Four Months.

“He kept my wife in his house for over four months against my will ,deceived my wife and scattered my marriage,
he has to refund my 5 million Naira and also pay for the damages he cost my marriage of five years”

“For Pastor Donald was not picking my calls , over the fourth month ,I dragged my wife home back to the east by Calling his church branch member victor by name ,in Israel to tell Pastor donald to let my wife go out of his house
As proclaimed date was terminated I was asking for my 5million Naira refund while he collide with my wife claiming that he want to bring my wife regardless”

The heartbroken Mr Chikadibia promised to reward anyone who could provide the family name of Pastor Samual Donald.

Abia State Governor Alex Otti has officially terminated the employment of Civil servants employed into the Abia State Civil service from December 2022 till date, PUO reports has exclusively confirmed.

Every Monday, businesses, schools and other government establishments shuts down their doors in compliance with the sit at home ordered by the Indigenous People of Biafra over the continues detention of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu.

However, Governor Peter Mbah on Friday canceled the sit at home order and vowed to shut down Banks, schools, and markets that observe it henceforth in Enugu State.

The Nigerian Police Force, Abia State command has invited gospel artist Felix Ndukwe for slapping an On Air Personality(OAP) and staff of Rapid FM Mr Temple Barrah popularky known as TC Barrah during the Inauguration of the Abia State Governor Dr Alex Otti on the 29th of May 2023.

Narrating his ordeal on his Facebook page, Barrah said the gospel singer slapped him for refusing to performing at the Umuahia Township Stadium and ordered his boys to beat him up.

"On the 29th of May, 2023 at the Umuahia Township stadium I was slapped by Felix Ndukwe on the podium during the performances; he also asked his boys to chase me out of the stage. I refused to leave, I had to call on two mobile policemen who could do nothing but beg them to leave me alone to carry out my MC duties"

The National Youth Service Corps(NYSC) has invited Hon Benjamin Kalu, the member representing Bende Federal Constituency and anointed candidate of the All Progressive Congress(APC) for the Office of the Deputy Speaker, House of Representatives for questioning over the controversy surrounding his NYSC discharge certificate.

PUO reports that the invitation followed a letter of enquiry written to the National Youth Service Corp(NYSC) by the O.C Emmanuel Chambers, an Abuja legal firm to enquire the authenticity in the NYSC discharge certificate being paraded by a federal lawmaker, Hon. Benjamin Kalu, the agency has invited the lawmaker.

NYSC In her response letter to the legal firm advised them to inform Hon. Ben Kalu to report to their office with his original certificate of his national service for further verification.

Dr Okezie Ikpeazu, Abia State governor in this interview, speaks on issues surrounding the just-concluded general elections. The governor, who lost his senatorial ambition, described the BVAS deployed by INEC as a monumental fraud, saying Nigerians did not interrogate it enough.

You lost your senatorial ambition and your party lost the governorship. What is the feeling; was that a big disappointment?

I feel very well and I thank God that I’ve run this race to this point and expecting the next phase of my life. For me, I’m a man of very modest expectations and public office is a call to serve. If I offer myself to serve and the people say no or wait, it’s not a personal loss. It gives me the opportunity to open other doors and do other things.

I had a manifesto, I had an agenda which I thought was going to bring about some paradigm shift in the way things were done especially having been here for a couple of years and seen what I felt were gaps that needed to be filled and I offered myself.

I congratulate myself for the courage to offer myself and also for the courage to run that race. Maybe the people think otherwise or something happened because what comes to play in an election is not entirely about what the people want. Whatever thing it is, I feel sufficiently bold to put myself together and move on.

I won my last elections at the biggest league in the state. This one for me is not a do-or-die thing or a question of life and death. Ultimately history and posterity will make things clearer.

Did you just allow the system to run, given that in this part of the world, it’s difficult for a governor to want something and not get it?

To be frank with you, I’m one of the people that the BVAS deceived. I’m one of the people who believed the stories around BVAS. No two elections are the same and this particular season of the election was difficult. I give you an example, at some point, more than 102 polling units with more than 100,000 ed voters could not vote in one of the LGAs in our senatorial district.

The margin of lead for the first three candidates was not up to 30,000. Ordinarily, when the margin of lead is not up to what is outstanding, the right thing should be done. Again, the same election was declared inconclusive at some point by the same INEC returning officer who later came back to say she was now ready to declare the results as directed from “above”. That is obviously neither here nor there.

The Nigerian system creates victims and creates scenarios of varying victory, but I said to myself, that I needed to teach Nigerians that, though an incumbent, if you try an election and it doesn’t work, you can move on. Especially if you really think that it is a call to serve.

As governor, even with very tight schedules, I was able to write a book in Biochemistry. So I’m certainly not a man of combat. I can get busy doing other things and I have callings in other spheres of human endeavour.

I think I have given my eight years, no vacation, and never slept anytime earlier than 2am. My family needs me too and I need to take a break, so, I have moved on.

You talked about being deceived by BVAS, in what way?

Yes, because of all the ments about the BVAS, the human element and interferences in the entire process is still above 90 per cent. We thought it was super technology, but it’s nothing. They’ve taken it to a point where somebody sits back to say I feel like I should look at the BVAS but under a different circumstance, the same person will say I don’t feel like looking at the BVAS now or the results are still ing. So, if you look at the scenarios you see opportunities for people to be mischievous.

Unfortunately, also, characters within INEC advised some of the ad hoc staff not to bother about the BVAS. Some of us believe that there was something like that. From our situation room, what we got and the tumbling results that eventually manifested on the result sheets do not tally. It’s a monumental fraud.

With all these, why did you advise that aggrieved people should not bother the governor-elect with litigations?

That is because this same governor-elect took me through hell when he lost in 2015. He’s been in this race for eight years and for me, I feel he must have an agenda. He must be desperate to begin to work for Abia and I’m still serious with my advice to candidates to let him be.

Whatever the case, the money that will be thrown into the tribunal belongs to Abia. The energy and time would have been deployed to other things and the governor-elect would have sufficiently been distracted. I know that some people take others to court just to distract them so that at the end of the day, they’ll be sufficiently weak and become vulnerable as they attack them the next time. But I do not think that is necessary.

Unfortunately, nobody wants to heed my advice. Even the Labour Party is taking some PDP candidates to court. So, nobody wants to listen. It’s only in this country that you want to expect what you can’t offer. Somebody says to you, I’m not going to take you to court, you tell the person thank you and then you go home and brief your lawyers to take the same person to court.

I can’t understand where people are coming from. But I still think that in Nigeria, we must learn to walk away and say I’ll need to fight another day.

After the presidential election, didn’t you feel that the Obi wave would make LP do well here?

Peter Obi was a huge factor. People became very sentimental and emotional and a lot of things contributed to the cultic image that Obi has in this part. One of them is that there’s hardly anything you can preach in favour of the established political parties that will excite Nigerians.

Whatever you’re doing, if you touch on security, everyday life like food and access to money for my people here, you’ve touched on their jugular. So, people became extremely sensitive, frustrated, and angry and they voted and reacted out of frustration. But we know that very soon, the scales will fall from their eyes because there can only be one Peter Obi.

In the days ahead, Nigerians will interrogate the Peter Obi personae on one hand and also look at all those who rode on his back to become something and put them side by side with the Obi personae and the question will now come naturally, was this what we went in for?

But I pray that some of the aspirations of Nigerians will be assuaged in the coming days because I don’t think we still have the energy for further experimentation because our elasticity has elapsed.

Don’t you think people got tired of 24 years of PDP in Abia State?

Reveals that he was never consulted before Nnamdi Kanu's home was invaded by the Military.


Abia State Governor Dr Okezie Victor has opened up over the 2017 invasion of the home of the Leader of the proscribed Indeginous People of Biafra(IPOB) Mazi Nnamdi Kanu .

Recall that the Nigerian Military had sometime in September 2017 invaded the Afaraukwu home of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu where properties were destroyed.

The Governor who spoke in an Exclusive interview with the " Nigeria now with Dickson Iroegbu" in Abuja, said the army commander at that time, came to his office to inform him that he had orders to arrest Nnamdi Kanu .

In his words "I was not told that anything like that(invasion) was going to happen, I only saw the GOC who was at Enugu that time, he showed up in my office and told me that he will arrest Nnamdi Kanu, I asked him why, he said he had orders to arrest him, I told him to give me few hours and he obliged, I called the traditional rulers and asked them to talk to Nnamdi's father who was a traditional ruler to persuade Nnamdi to come and have a word with the GOC, but Nnamdi Kanu refused, saying he was under seige already in his house, I didn't know that the soldiers were already everywhere"

Speaking further, the governor said that what is happening in the South East is as a result of total disregard of the interest of the South East people.

"What has happened in the South East is a combination of all manner of things, one is the total disregard of the interest of the South East by the center and flagrant and provocative comments from both Government and various elements and characters"

The Governor said he opted for Governor Nyesom Wike of Rivers State because he was a man that had the courage and has the capacity to call a spade a spade.

The embattled deputy governor of Abia state who is contesting the 2023 governorship election reportedly broke down in tears while pleading with the elected 3 Man Adhoc delegates from Abia North extraction to vote for him.

During the meeting which held at Umahia residence of the former SSG, Dr. Eme Okoro, the delegates were said to have rejected his plea insisting that he has done nothing for them and the zone from when he was the speaker down to this moment, they said he only came to them because he wants to become governor and called him an unproductive and selfish politician.

One of the delegates Hon Ikerionwu Okarimea from Bende, told him that they can't vote for him because he has done nothing to merit their vote and that Bende Delegates has taken a decision to vote for Prof Uchenna Ikonne, He reportedly broke down in tears and promised to change if they vote for him.

Just a few days ago someone called me from his Church to ask me to tell her the truth about that unfortunate incident because she was tired of hearing the story from one mouth.

I finally decided to tell my story, just a narration of what your prophetic commander did to me and my friends with the evil collaboration of some bad cops.

Nothing more, and some people are already calling to threaten thunder and brimstones, claiming that I want to defame their god.

If you are his member, you should be careful of his ‘WASHING OF FEET SERVICE’ I don't know if he still does that. That’s the only diabolical thing he does in that church. You will not believe where what he’s washing your feet with came from.

2. I want to let you know today that OC Benjamin will never ever ever deny my story or any of the things I have said, to my hearing, because he knows very well that I have the temerity to EXPOSE his dirtiest evil secrets with overwhelming proof.

I will not stop there, I will summon hundreds of those he had paid in the past to fake miracles for him. I will expose how he gets people’s data for prophecy, how he plants things in people’s houses and cars, the number of girls that have committed abortion for him, including my ex-girlfriend, how and where he gets most of the sands, cement blocks, and floor tiles used to build his church. I will even go as much as exposing how he gets goats he uses for his suya nights.

If that’s not enough, I will tell you how each ‘supernatural’ miracle is planned, conducted, and executed to the cheers of ignorant congregations.

I will go as far as naming churches and crusade venues in different parts of the country where he has perpetuated such miracle scams.

If that’s not enough, I will expose the deepest and most unbelievable of them all. Not even he will believe that I have that secret. It's the worst of the atrocities he has committed.

Hundreds of his like has followed my since yesterday. I will not talk, but if push comes to shove, I may be the redemption of many enslaved blind Christians. I never wished to get involved in this kind of fight but it's becoming obvious that I can’t escape it.

I know that this is a dangerous journey. I have had assassins from these evil men come after me many times, God saved me from them all even though I had nothing at that time. I have God and very powerful influential men standing by me now, if this is the fight, I AM READY!

It's no longer news that Obinna Oriaku, the former Abia state Commissioner for Finance, was arrested and detained recently by the EFCC over allegations of misappropriation of N22B Paris Club Refund to the state.

What is news is that the man has crawled out of the hole with brush tars to ostensibly paint black those he has pathological hatred for while conveniently ignoring the issues that sent him to EFCC jail. Like the proverbial nza that challenged its chi to a duel after a satisfactory meal, Obinna Oriaku chose to malign the family of the revered T A Orji over his own ordeal.

In a diatribe in which he allowed selective amnesia and mischief to possess his brain, Obinna Oriaku struggled to weave tales of lies to extricate himself from the weighty allegation of disbursing the N22B Paris Club Refund to the state without authorization from the state Executive Council.

Typical of him, Obinna Oriaku put the blame on his invitation to and subsequent detention to the hiring of two consultants from the past istration to represent the state pursuant to the payment of the Paris Club Refund.

Acting holier than thou, the man who chose to bite the finger that fed him actually itted that he disobeyed the lawful order from the government in the disbursement of the fund. While he gleefully boasted that he refused to pay a consultant that dutifully negotiated the successful payment of the Paris Club Refund, Obinna Oriaku said the 'owners of the state' piled pressure on him to do otherwise.

But Obinna Oriaku refused to tell Nigerians the real reason he ended up in EFCC gulag. He refused to tell them that the chunk of the N22B Paris Club Refund was paid through his cronies and then ended up in the bureau de change. He refused to tell them that while he was deceiving labour leaders that they were part of a phantom committee to fashion ways of using the fund to offset salaries arrears, he was trading with the money. Furthermore, he also refused to tell Nigerians that while the workers were groaning under unpaid salaries that he, Obinna Oriaku was smiling to the bank.

So if actually Obinna Oriaku employed the Paris Club Refund for payment of salaries, how come Abia workers suffered the worst form arrears under him? How come that the present Commissioner for finance found money to offset those arrears which Obinna Oriaku accumulated for Government through sheer corruption, recklessness and incompetent? Pray, what manner of an employee would disburse a whopping N22B Paris Club Refund without authorization from the state Executive Council? Has this not confirmed that Obinna Oriaku thought himself higher than the Governor who appointed him?

The kernel of Obinna Oriaku arrest and detention is for him to tell EFCC how the money found its way to the vault of Bureau de change and indeed how he disbursed the fund without authorization from the state Executive Council. It has nothing to do with the appointment of consultants.

In any case, that stunt of trying to incite the populace against the former istration by claiming that he intended to pay N11b of the N22B Paris Club Refund failed flat because that was just a tale from Oriaku moonlight. Even a mentally deranged person can not believe that. Yes, a consultant was appointed in 2011 and another in 2014. Did Obinna, the righteous, approach the federal ministry of finance to ascertain which among the two executed the assignment and therefore entitled to payment? It was an elementary fact in public domain that the federal government through the ministry of finance was privy to all arrangements including payment to that affect. But Obinna Oriaku couldn't travel that straight route because he was obsessed in tainting the records of the" owners of the state" hence the crooked and rough road he chose which now led him straight to EFCC jail.

While it is easier and more comfortable to blame others for our woes, Obinna Oriaku should thread carefully in this mad quest to prosecute a proxy war against someone whose patriotic action enabled him to even become a Commissioner in his lifetime. A word should be enough for the wise.

Lawmakers of the Abia State House of Assembly will remain focused on their legislative duties and commitment to the people irrespective of attempts by embittered opposition politicians to attack them with baseless propaganda.

This much was stated in a press release by Abia Progressive Movement (APM), a sociopolitical organisation based in Umuahia.

In a reaction to an article by Abia Renaissance Group (ARG) concerning the delivery of utility vehicles to the Lawmakers, APM in a statement signed by Comrade Chukwuma Nwankwo and Comrade Alozie Onuoha, Coordinator and Secretary, respectively, and made available to newsmen Wednesday in Umuahia, described the article as "concocted on the altar of malice, vengeance and bitterness".

The statement in full reads:

We have read the tissue of lies and propaganda dished out by a cowardly and amorphous group that goes by the name “Abia Renaissance Group” which is sponsored by well known opposition operatives to the effect that the sum of N900m was used to procure a second set of vehicles for of the Abia State House of Assembly.

To set the record straight, it is important that we point out that today, salaries are paid more regularly and much earlier than in the past as a result of our numerous legislative interventions and oversight.

For example, in the malicious article published under the amorphous group called "Abia Renaissance Group", the cowardly author claimed that:

1. Civil servants of the State had not been paid as of June 8. That's not true. Civil servants in state MDAs have been paid their May salaries and are not being owed.

2. The author claimed that the second set of cars bought for the state Legislators cost N900m. If he itted in the same article that each vehicle cost N17m and, according to him, the 24 lawmakers got one each including the Clerk, making it 25 of them, how then did he arrive at the N900m he bandied in the article as the cost of procuring the vehicles if not just to deliberately cast the government in bad light? N17m in 25 places is certainly not N900m but a dark and crooked soul will always attempt to confuse the people by applying Pythagoras Theorem to a simple arithmetic.

More so, it has always been statutory obligation to procure utility vehicles for each of the state Legislators twice throughout their 4-year tenure to ease their work and this is always provided for in the budget. So, one wonders why such budgetary expenditure should be painted in negative light if not that the author is given to malice.

The current procurement was budgeted for and approved in the state’s 2021 Appropriation Act.

It will be recalled that the same state Legislators once queried a former commissioner for finance for quoting and purchasing same brand of vehicles for other State functionaries at a highly inflated rate of N25m as at 2018 as he insisted then on being the one to purchase the vehicles himself leaving out ed and accredited dealers from the transaction. It is therefore worrisome that an amorphous opposition group will have the temerity to question budgetary expenditure simply because they have an axe to grind with the Governor and the Lawmakers. That is how low and infantile they have brought opposition politics in Abia State - opposition politics of noise and no substance!

But for the fact that one of the suspected authors ran to APC shortly after he was exposed and his arrest, investigation and prosecution ordered, he should by now be answering for his embezzlement of public funds. He knew exactly what he was saying when, in the article, he made reference to 'cover me, I cover your sin too or rub my back while I rub yours" as a practice. It is apparently the approved code of APC!

In a bid to also make things sound outrageous, the comic writer claimed that 'Many of these House park these cars outside their compounds due to lack of space'. How have two cars bought for a legislator over a period of four years become so 'many' that they can't be parked in their compound?

Our joy in all this is that Abians are seeing and know far better than this author of confusion and his gang of perpetual political failures who rely not on sterling records but only on stinky write ups without substance to try to endear themselves to Abians as 2023 approaches. But then, even with such ignominous approach, they lost the 2015 elections and were even worse hit in 2019. It's obvious they have not learnt their lessons. A fatal political blow more disastrous than the loss they suffered on March 27 this year in Aba awaits them in 2023.

Abians are like the Biblical sons of Issachar, they understand the times and the seasons, and cannot be tossed to and fro with obvious falsehood concocted on the altar of malice, vengeance and bitterness!

Tenants of No. 59 Awolowo Street Umuahia have sent "Save Our Soul" messages to government and the public as an acclaimed Caretaker of the house used thugs to forcefully send tenants away without notice.

Narrating their ordeals to news men in Umuahia, one of the tenants, Mr. Chimezie Onuoha said they were surprised at the callous attitude of one Mr. Charles Ogu who they do not even know but claims to be a Caretaker.

According to him, "on the 10th of November, this year, a group of thugs with a police man in their midst came to our resident in No. 59 Awolowo Street by Calabar road and started evicting our properties.

They came into the house that I am a resident and I started packing out my properties, even my pregnant wife was crying and they never give her any consideration "

He maintained that after scattering their goods and property, the group finally took them to the Police Station and detained them, disclosing that about 6 of the tenants were detained for more than 12 hours and were later bail with 10 thousand naira each. "we bail ourselves after g undertaken at the police station that we must pack out, under duress because they said we will not leave that place unless we sign undertaken, so all of us signed undertaken that we must leave." He said he has been living there for more than 8 months and cannot really fathom the whole situation.

Also, another tenant, Mr. Everest Chinegwu said that the thugs scattered the goods of those shop owners without any pre-information and called on government to come to their rescue.

He narrated thus
"I obtained a store in No. 59 Awolowo Street and I paid the landlord 2 years. I don't know whether they have problem or not. All of a sudden, on the 10th of November, I was in Portharcourt and my daughter called me and said that people were packing my goods, no information, no paper was served me, no any message.

I asked why and they said the people were thugs" He further lamented that "my son, my daughter, all were detained in the police. I paid 20 thousand to bail the two. Likewise other shops there." He said there is no how they should quit like that as he paid for 2 years and has only stayed for 6 months

They said they do not know whether their landlord, Mr. Ndubuisi Arisa has issues with anybody or has sold the property, emphasizing that the so called Caretaker should have given them time to quit since the rentage was still running. They disclosed that they have approached a lawyer for a legal action to be taken, expressing hope that justice would come their way.

Oshiomhole Remains Suspended, Insists Ward Chairman, Oshawo




The Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Etsako Ward 10, Mr. Oshawo Stephen, has dismissed claims that the suspension of Comrade Adams Oshiomhole as a member of the party has been lifted, insisting that the ward executives stand by their suspension of the erstwhile National Chairman of the APC.

In a statement, Mr. Stephen said the ward executives who were elected into office in 2018 remain intact and have not been displaced by anybody, describing the claims of the lifting of the suspension as a charade.

According to him, “The suspension of Comrade Adams Oshiomhole by the ward executives remains valid. The statements to the contrary in the media are false and should be disregarded. We stand by our decision and have no reservation on the action as it is in the best interest of the party.

“The ward executives as well as our counterparts at the Etsako West Local Government level stand by the suspension of Comrade Oshiomhole for his divisive role in the crisis rocking the APC in Edo State.”





Meanwhile, the Chairman APC in Etsako West LGA, Ezolomhe Rabiat, also affirmed that the LGA executives are still of the party in the state and stand by the suspension of Comrade Oshiomhole.

The Anti-Corruption Campaign Network (ACCN) has petitioned the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, (EFCC) demanding for urgent forensic investigation into the tenure of Mr. Obinna Oriaku, the ex- Commissioner of Finance, Abia State over allegations of fraud and misappropriation of state fund.



Mr. Patrick Odey, the ACCN Coordinator disclosed this in a petition letter dated May 19,2020 and made available to Newsmen

According to the petition letter, “We are Anti-Corruption Campaign Network, a coalition of civil society organization with the primary aims of exposing corrupt practices in Nigeria and advocating for probity.

“In the course of our activities, we came in with certain allegations of gross financial misconduct and abuse of office for pecuniary gains by one Mr. Obinna Oriaku, the immediate past Abia State Commissioner for Finance, and we have deemed it crucial to bring same to your notice for investigation and review.

“Mr. Obinna Oriaku’s time as Finance Commissioner was blighted by severe accusations of abuse of office and the misappropriation of public funds for personal gains through fictitious and self-serving companies which we have encapsulated in this petition for your urgent attention.
“It is strongly alleged that Mr. Oriaku while serving as the Abia State Finance Commissioner contracted government jobs to Lloydant Business Services- a consultancy firm, which charged in dubious excess of the service it rendered to the Abia State government in the unified electronic payment portal, thereby causing avoidable financial strain on the Abia state government.



“Lloydant Business Services, leveraging on its within the Abia State government at the time, cornered the Data Biometrics programme for civil servants in the state at the cost of N150,000,000.00 (One Hundred and Fifty Million Naira) even when a private financial organization within the state had offered to render same service at no cost to the government.

Perhaps more frustrating to Abians at the time is the fact that the wage bill service which the biometric capture sought to set right continued to pose serious concerns and challenges, thus implying that Lloydant Business Service was incompetent for the job it secured through cronyism.



“There are rife indications that Mr. Oriaku indirectly benefits from these transactions with Lloydant Business Services, and in some quarters, it is alleged to be a shadow shareholder in the company, thus underscoring the underhand manner with which he signed off on the company to undertake sensitive government contracts without following due process,” the statement added.
