Hello everyone,

Today is my birthday! I'm writing this not for self aggrandizement but to give God all the glory. Today I am plus 1.

I'm 21 today, not by my might nor power but by His grace. Four years to my 18th birthday , I fell so sick that I couldn't attend school for a whole year. Prophets came with their prophecies that I would die before my 20th birthday. The prophesy kept coming. I went to higher institution with the fear of dying on my 20th birthday. I trode softly and never had any quarel with anyone.

Things were bad. I was down with rheumatism for a whole year. I said to myself "death beckons, you Sam".
I was already packing and preparing for the day of death. The pains of loosing your loved one bereaved my mother. The sorrow of sleeping and waking up to see myself on the other side chokes me everyday. My fear increases day in day out.

In the midst of all these, I tried being the best. I prayed not forgetting my saviour. I prayed for protection. I developed faith. I was ready for anything that comes my way. Days to my 20th birthday; another prophet of doom came and told me I was going to die in 10 days. I told him thank you.

My 20th birthday came and gone. Here I'm, now 21... Doing exploit for Christ Jesus, preaching the Gospel, spreading the light of the Gospel. Alive hale and hearty.

I'm crucified with Christ! My past has been redeemed, my present makes sense and my future is secured IJN!

Hello, everyone. Trust you good. I had a terrible dream the night before. It was so terrifying that I was panting and sweating so bad, despite the fact that it was a cold night. Before I proceed, I would like to point out that, I am a Christian and I have my background rooted in the Word of God. I also believe that I am living in the holiness path and I have been justified and save from all my sins I used to believe I am holy enough to make it to heaven wholly. All this never changed about me, not until the night before when I had this dream.

I closed late at work on Thursday, and I was having the thought of calling a lady that was my in secondary school (we got connected back again after 8 years). The night was cold, and I went to sleep. It was about morning and I could feel the morning breeze entering through my sliding window. I drifted into this dream. I was in what I could describe as a bar with a lady (if I am right). I was the first to hear an emerging erupting sound). It was like an earthquake coming to play gradually. The ground shook, and the building (not really a building as it looked like an open house, still enclosed at the same time) shook. Then I heard a very loud blast, like an atomic bombardment. What came to my mind was not what I would ordinarily on a normal day have thought of. My inner mind awakened, and I told the lady beside me “IT IS THE RAPTURE”

I went to peep outside of what looked like a window. I looked and it was a glorious site yet a frightening one for me. All the outside were covered in clouds (bright white clouds) and I saw people flying (not with wings) into the sky. They were many, but not as those who were looking up into the sky. At a point, they were like tiny flies gradually fading out of sight.

The lady that was standing beside me, broke down in tears, and she said “IS THIS IT?” Then, it dawned on me, like as if something have just being lifted off of me- that I have just missed the rapture of the saint, the trumpet had been blown and I never heard it, now they are all gone.

The next I knew, were fire erupting from nowhere, burning houses, people crying in pains, blood, flesh and what looked like a bar was now an open field, I was observing as if I was not part of the event, but I could feel my presence there. People were running helter skelter. Tornadoes, as if bomb falling from the sky, noises of people crying for help and so many things I can’t explain. It was terrible and a gory sight to behold, but I was made to see it all.
Brethren, please the rapture of the saint is at hand, I later heard a voice in my head

Jesus is coming soon, very soon. The word soon kept echoing, even till now I can’t get it out of my head.

So unfortunate that folks can't pick up their Bibles and discern the signs of the end time one of which is that false prophets shall multiply. They'll look so much like the original many will fall for it. However, the Bible tells us how to tell the fake from the original - fruits! What is the substance of his sermons! What lifestyle does he parade in and out of church? Is the church istration transparent and the people free to ask questions? Who are the peers of the preacher? Who mentors him? Can he be subjected to a peer review mechanism? Does he point his congregation to Jesus and heaven with emphasis on holiness without which no man shall see God? Folks should objectively look at The Man at SCOAN from these perspectives and draw their appropriate conclusions.

There I was on my bed in my small dungeon hostel whilst the ears piercing mega phone of a neighbourhood church (one of the mega church around) when I heard the district pastor feeding the church with what I call deception and heresy. I have listened to several messages on forgiveness, repentance and total turning away from sins; but never for once have I in my theological and escathological knowledge of the scriptures seen undoubtful truth about eternal security. Brethren, is it true that, "once saved always saved" or can we lose our salvation through disobedience or unbelief?

What is the doctrine of Eternal Security?

Eternal Security is the doctrine that salvation cannot be lost because it is kept secure by Christ. Since it is not gained by anything we do, it cannot be lost by anything we do and that once saved is forever saved.

Brethren, the following scriptural versses contradicts the doctrine of Eternal Security

Eternal security is characterized by counterfeit holiness, spurious sanctification, and work of deception. Exhibiting itself under various forms, the same spirit as in the days of the early Reformers, diverting minds from the scriptures and leading men to follow their own feelings and impressions all in the name of grace and liberty for all, which rather than to yield obedience to the doctrines and law of God. This Satan has successfully devices to cast reproach, impurity, unrighteousness and sin upon purity and truth.
This teaching has led many Christians who were once fervent in the Lord relapse into sin. They refused to heed the warning of Jesus which says Watch and pray, that ye enter not into temptation; - Matthew 26;41
Christians who do not keep on their guard against sin, self and satan will be overtaken and brought into bondage. Believers therefore, must be vigilant in living a godly life, since Satan is seeking those he may devour.

Does this mean that a Christian can live any way he wants to and still be saved? This is essentially a hypothetical question, because the Bible makes it clear that a true Christian will not live "any way he wants to." Christians are new creations (2 Corinthians 5:17). Christians demonstrate the fruit of the Spirit (Galatians 5:22-23), not the acts of the flesh (Galatians 5:19-21). First John 3:6-9 clearly states that a true Christian will not live in continual sin. In response to the accusation that grace promotes sin, the apostle Paul declared, "What shall we say, then? Shall we go on sinning so that grace may increase? By no means! We died to sin; how can we live in it any longer?" (Romans 6:1-2).

Eternal security is not a license to sin. Rather, it is the security of knowing that God's love is guaranteed for those who trust in Christ. Knowing and understanding God's tremendous gift of salvation accomplishes the opposite of giving a license to sin. How could anyone, knowing the price Jesus Christ paid for us, go on to live a life of sin (Romans 6:15-23)? How could anyone who understands God's unconditional and guaranteed love for those who believe, take that love and throw it back in God's face? Such a person is demonstrating not that eternal security has given him a license to sin, but rather that he or she has not truly experienced salvation through Jesus Christ. "No one who lives in him keeps on sinning. No one who continues to sin has either seen him or known him". (1 John 3:6)

My take:Contemporary Eternal security is a false gospel and counterfeit grace message, which is built upon partial truths and Scripture removed from its context. Many are in hell now because of the once saved always saved doctrine.

Hi sis, first you need to be genuinly saved. Get doen on your knees and ask Christ to come into your live. Secondly you've to evacuate the spirit of fear. It is an handtool of the devil. He uses fear to bring in imaginations (as was spoken of by Paul the apostle in 2Cor 10:3-5)- Pray against it.

As per your dream. Vulture is a bird used by witches, wizards and rulers of darkness of this world. Of course they use several animals, but you need to understand that they do not have the ability to change into a dove. Any animal other than dove appearing in your dreams are handiwork of wicked spirit.

All you need is the prayer of faith, renunciation and proclamation of the word, living righteously. Masquerade are used for similar purposes but on this note, it is being used to inflict infirmity, insanity, death, sorrow. All you've to do is pray and pray 5hrough.
