I was given a removal order because I couldn't not continue my education in Canada and I had serious health issues along the line.I was itted in a public hospital for long period of time and in this period I applied for asylum but the lawyer that helped to process the application did not do a good job as my doctor was telling me,the lawyer should reach out to him for ing documents.

When I the day for removal was almost due the doctor narrated my ordeal to a canadian(white) lawyer and the lawyer felt bad about my situation and asked the doctor to drive down to my house on the day I was scheduled to removed from canada and both of them whisked me away to the hospital for ission.
The lawyer was able to file 2 months extension for me but finally the 2 months extension elapsed and I arrived in Nigeria early this month.

My question, can I apply for PR from Nigeria or what should I do as my visa will expire in December 2025
