Road to yesterday before the innocence was taken away

According to the Twitter Handle @thesettingz, he said his new Lanlord won't let him fix jam key for this reason, he narrated below:

After I told my former landlord that am packing out tomorrow, so I decided to go and fix some furniture in the new apartment.

While the carpenter was fixing a Jam key for me, my new landlord rushed upstairs and called me behind, saying he don't allow jam key in his house. I tried asking him why, but I noticed his face started looking angry, the only thing he said was, my money is still available for refund if I can't adhere.
I can't collect the money back, I've told my other landlord am leaving tomorrow.
I was curious abt this, so I asked one of the tenants, he later told me, the man won't allow jam key, because during environmental days, he (the landlord) normally knocks on everybody door to come out. Those people living in the room previously, will always remove thier key from the front and shut their doors during environmental days, the Lanlord won't know if they are indoor or not. This angered him and started rejecting jam keys.

What should I do?

Nepotism will not kill us in Nigeria, if they are actually technocrats and competent they would make the list and not be sacked.
