During the announcement of Olukoyede's appointment, it was stated that he possessed 22 years of regulatory compliance consulting, fraud management, and business intelligence experience. However, questions persist regarding whether this experience aligns with the specific requirements outlined for the EFCC Chairman.

The requirements as contained in part 1 section 2 of the establishment reads, ""The Commission shall consist of the following

(a) a chairman, who shall -
(i) be the Chief Executive and ing Officer of the Commission.
(ii) be a serving or retired member of any government security or law enforcement agency not below the rank of Assistant Commissioner of Police or equivalent; and
(iii) Possess not less than 15 years cognate experience."

Given these revelations, concerns have been raised about Olukoyede's suitability for the role, with some arguing that he lacks the necessary experience and competency required for such a critical position in combating economic and financial crimes.

You can use a reference letter from another faculty, tell the Lecturer to make use of the University letter headed paper, I did same and I have gotten 2offers so far, it's should be signed and stamped.

Baba u can use it, if he can write it on the letter headed paper of the university or department that will be great, becos some universities even companies don't give out their official letter headed paper to their employees or lecturers like that, my university had that issue only the HOD of my department had access to such doc. So if he can then great, if not, a well presented letter of recommendation will be OK.

Please guys, is anything wrong if i use an academic reference letter from a lecturer that teaches in the university i graduated from but he never taught me. He is a doctoral degree holder and teaches in the art faculty but i studied mechanical engineering. He never taught me but i have a personal relationship with him.
