deommanuel: Thank you so much for this. I studied business . And the course I'm looking to go for is also a management course which will beneficial to my dad's firm. I hope this is okay? And if I'm a volunteer, do I need to show my personal financial status? |

I appreciate the good job done here and those that assist others in one way or another. I'm about to process my application, and I have a few questions. My dad wants to sponsor my education in Canada. He has enough money to pay for the school and my living expenses, but the thing getting me worried is my employment history. I finished NYSC in 2019, and since then I've been hustling and doing different stuff. I really don't have work experience. And I have little cash in my bank . Now, I'm worried about my employment history and personal financial status. My dad has a company, and I go there to assist him once in a while. He doesn't pay me. 1. Can I use this by saying I volunteered at his company and he doesn't pay me? 2. Does my employment or personal financial status matter since my dad has enough to sponsor me? 3. If said I volunteered at my dad's company, and I don't get paid, do I have to submit my personal bank statement? |

Hello, guys. I'm been following this thread as a guest for a while now, and I've decided to . I've gotten a lot of information here. And those people that have been taking their time to answer questions and help others are wonderful humans. I aways smile when I read about the successful of people's application. I'm considering studying in Canada, and I've some questions. I'd really appreciate if someone could answer them. I studied Business istration, graduated with 2.2, and I'm considering a PGD in Project Management. I think the duration of the course is a year. Now, here's my question. After a year, I know I can apply for post-graduate work permit, which will be valid for one year because of the duration of my course. After the work permit expires, how do one continue to stay legally? Maybe one would have to apply to stay, what are the chances of this being successful? |
