Since i grew up as a man i have lived in three different apartments ,,,my first experience was with my landlady,,that woman is so good and nice ,very friendly thou we where living in the same yard but u won't notice she's the landlady if u where not told. There was no increment for the 3 years I lived there, The same thing with my second landlord, he's a very gentleman with policy,,he don't talk too much,you hardly know when he's upset, he always talks to you in a polite way there was no increment for the
2years i lived there,,,But you see this my present landlord Omo na fire , despite that he's not living in the same yard with us,he's frustrating everybody in that yard, every year na increment, the one that happened recently, he increased the house rent from 180k to 300k just because he's renovating the house am not really pained about that but the way he comes into the yard barking, who do this who does that Omo if u no get mind u fit parkout and leave ur balance for him,,,right now he's even threatening everyone in the yard with quick notice because he thinks he needs yahoo tenants that will be paying in him millions.pls i really want know the right of a tenant and the right of the landlord.

Pls my fellow nairaland i need your advise on this matter,,,some NEPA officials have been causing me nightmares,,,some times my bill will come with sum of 6k but they will use pen and write (pay 15k ) on the bill,,when i asked they told me is because of the areas on the meter, an area i don't know anything about,,,so what i normally do is whenever my bill comes i pay 2k extra on the bill just to cover the areas,, but the one that happened recently honestly i don't get it, my bill was 5,877,0.2 which is five thousand,eight hundred and seventy seven naira,zero.two kobo ,on that same bill ,they use pen and write (pay 10000) but i paid 8000 naira and they still disconnect my light..is this not injustice? Someone asked me to write a petition against them but i said let me give it a second thought..i don't know if anyone of you is going through the same thing. What exactly should i do pls?
