is it not in this same Naija, which sector do we control the telecom is controlled by foreigners (glo is largely lebanese) so we should allow them to add value to our to us since our own brain is made for sabotaging our economy, someone said power sector not as easy as telecom, pls may I remind u that in this same country a minister said telephone is not for the poor but when policy changed foreigners came to our rescue. All it takes to change the power sector is just quality and right policy, forget the english generate, transmit and distribute all that will change when right thinking people get their. (as am typing this with my phone no light in my neighborhood, am @ a cyber cafe for another biz entirely the generator here is not working, now the poor boy is tired of it he has to call generator engineer to look @ it while I wait. Thank God am able to communicate through Etisalat. Another foreigner

hello peeps, what's it over dis issue, by now I suppose everyone should have been tired of d junke called phcn, I don't care who owes it what I want is constant power supply, I stay in a room and parlor apartment 1 fridge 1 tv no ac I pay 6000 + every month with insults from those goons who call themselves marketers, upon that I had to que on line to pay d bill yet for the past 4 days I ve not seen a blink of light. Now u want me to still keep up with them, Nigerians are already paying high tariff, all they can do for us is to decentralize the power sector so that we can have choice just as we do with telecom sector

while u are still @ it Dangote's been co-opted into d economic team, now tell me how mr. Monopoly will supervise d affairs of d economy against his own business. I do respect Ngozi, but I see no future in her team especially when she navigates with d hawks. God help us.

permit me to be somewhat pessimistic hear, not I want d man to fail, bt I want us to be careful with all this trailbraising thing, my hunch tells me there's no rooted foundation for his works, I mean no system in place what happens when he's no longer their, all we hear is okoroocha's orders,

to think that I contemplated voting BB, because of his numerous stands is appalling to me now, no wonder he is associated with buhari both in their thinking are not really encouraging. Any way let me just take it that he did not really say all this @ the pulpit. God help us!

its either u guys are misinformed or deformed in thinking, if u have any case against any of d pastors pls do not hesitate to bring d said pastor up for justice to take its cause, but for u to sit their and rain abuse on men of God is very unfair, someone compared them with politicians, there are a whole lot of difference. First they did not steal ur money, second they are rendering service to people, am sure their church do not complain. I mean no one put knife on their neck to pay tithes and offering. Pls live them alone

but why is everyone here bad mouthing MTN, it's not fair at all, here is someone's business, in the 1st they did not force u to their network, they are not reaping anybody off, u have a choice to make, there are several network abound here in Nigeria u can make use any. There is no law in Nigeria that says if u don't use MTN u will be die. There are better things to talk about, phcn is not working yet u pay them and they still collect from ur tax yet u ve not complained. I think we should use this energy to attack those withholding our power. To me if u think MTN is reaping u off try phcn.

here is my humble opinion, Nigeria should be the one apologizing to IGBOs, why all the things that led to the war none has been addressed, abory accord is still the bane of Nigeria today

hey someone just mentioned 'focus on the message not the messager' well I ve decided to do just that, then questions are begging for answer, 1, el'rufai and GEj have a father in OBJ, am asking why didn't he channel his grievance to their father in ota. 2, before becoming minister of FCT, he was DG BPE, now am asking what happened to the sell of nitel to a company whose office is located in a run down church building in netherlands. 3,we are still asking what is outcome of a case involving you allocating landed properties to yourself just when you are suppose to be handing over. This will do for now, but am only investigating the messenger while minding the message |

@beef u are d hardest person to believe, but truth is I can't fault ur post on this thread, I want ask what has d previous leaders of NASS of IGBO extraCtion done to the south east, surely we ve had our shot as senate president what did we do with it=(politics), @ezeuche I guess we should not employ sentiment just to make our voice heard, am sure u are better exposed, and know this is not applicable where u are, with ur level of knowledge I expected solution to the plight of south easterner, obviously leadership is lacking here, it sad to say but none of this people is speaking my mind, they ve betrayed people's trust. Now let me ask u who among the current pdp NASS member is fit for leadership position? |

let me try and say it d way I think d politics' played here, 1, Ngige played d politics of anambra @ d detriment of his life when he was d governor, i.e. Politics of realism while Dora played national politics @ d detriment of anambra people I.e politics of idealism. Compare Awolowo and Zik, Awolowo is more respected 'cos he was on ground to help his immediate constituency. Zik on d other hand was busy with one one Nigeria. Today we know better who has more stronghold in his locality though they are both dead. So its pay back time for anambra people
|
![]() |
the truth is that Dora underestimated d power of d people, nationally she may have her say, but here in anambra things don't work that 'cos this is same people he took away food from their table, though she meant well but anambran are pure capitalist they don't toy with their biz. Ngige on d other hand though came in through the back door but stole d show by giving d people what they want. So its pay back time for d people

may their souls rest in peace, though people here are blaming the govt. but this is a private beach and they are supposed to provide life guards for their customers. it is a pity that a lot of people set up their businesses without much provision for safety measures. |

@ ndu_chucks but why will your yardy and his kitchen cabinet be playing with nigerians. he should first demonstrate respect for those he claim to lead. why is he behaving like this jungle kings (rebel leaders) he should come out and take back his throne if he feel fit enough to run the affairs of government. |
![]() |
but Ndu_chuks has not said he liked this man, he was just analyzing the realities on ground which to me by fact he is not far from the truth. only God will help naija

the truth is the wrong man saying the right thing at the wrong platform. i.e (wrong man) IBB (right thing) true federalism (wrong platform) OGD's birthday

may be this is a prayer answered, though i do not like the name PDP, that is a wrong foundation to start from, he has all it takes to stir anambra ship to the right direction. personally i would have gone for Ngige, but lets face PDP will not allow Anambra slip through their finger again, so they making us an offer we can not refuse. all i have for SOLUDO here is to WATCH IT, GOOD NAME IS BETTER THAN MONEY. They are only trying to leverage on his name. All said POLITICS IS GETTING INTERESTING IN NIGERIA |
