So there's this place on the Lagos island that is like a close or street like,and a security in one of the residential or business offices said I need to be paying 1k daily or else he will do something to my car,I only park for few hours during business hour,I asked him for a receipt but he refused to tender it,what should I do,and what does the law say about something like this, because this is not on anyone's property but by the wall of the street fence.
