Yes because I haven’t paid then. It was just after the denial that I decided to make deposits sch charges of $8700 to show commitment

. See am very sure its because you have not paid your fees that why you were denied , paying this 8700 will demonstrate you have to the funds , as for the money in your I will advice you ( I can’t really say much here ) . But work with your agent I guess he knows what his doing .

I paid the sch fees just last week after the rejection which is $8700 to show my commitment to my study but this gcms notes just came in yesterday but I didn’t pay with this , my friend help me pay tuition with his dollar but someone said he will advise me to be spending and replacing the money in my to show it’s not for demonstration purposes.

So how did you explain the income tax and the pay stub. I have paid the first semester sch charges amounting to $8700 and I wanted to resubmit before I got this gcms notes tho my agent has a good track records

oga forget agent nothing special about them,nothing they are doing that you can’t do yourself , all “those purpose of visit is inconsistent and income bullsh***t” Is to just make the gcms not full and not look like if the VO is only concerned about funds but the truth is that the VO is all about the funds. Read the gcms note well the bullet point of the VO was that he his not sure if you will have access to the funds you have provided , simple then, show the VO you have access to the funds by paying the balance of your tuition. ( that was what I did ) , I guess your balance is 8,500cad , if you really have access has you claim and the money is readily available has your claim , then nothing is stoping you . In your next application the VO will see the trend of how the the new fees left your bank in your new and updated bank statement. That will give him trust that you really have access to the funds .

Please someone should help me on this because my source of fund is from the sale of landed properties and I was refused on 21 June but the money has been on the for 3 months now

I had this similar message in my gcms note (but my parents where my sponsor) my father felt so belittled and angry when he saw the gcms note , he vexed and paid my whole tuition of 17,000cad and transfers a sum of 5 million Naira to my for upkeep, I attached all this in my new application plus his updated bank statement showing evidence of the new transaction made , the balance was even more than what I submitted in my first applications (we wan show the VO say he does not know what his saying ) I got medical request last week .

Booking medical online is actually pointless it won’t work . Follow this guideline on the form I attached to this message , even if you go to there office this is what they will still tell you to do . After you submit the required details and send it to there mail , you will get a ticket ID , you can then take the ticket ID to there office and just give those guys at the gate , you will get your date in 24 hours , I think even if you don’t take the ticket ID to them you will still get your date (not 100% sure )
