Bro I tried it it's working.. but the only problem am encountering is that while I tried helping my sis change her institution, her first choice was formally a federal uni while her second choice was a state uni.. and she wanted to change her second choice uni which was formally Imo state uni to akwa ibom state uni and thats where the problem arises.. now in the second choice slot in the selection box there's no longer degree,it's now been limited to just ND,NCE.. please what do I do now??
