In My opinion, Anyone that's able to successfully scale through the Falgore Facade shouldn't have Any issue in Adapting with Any Condition Faced during the Course of the Actual Training

A quick one though, I have been on this thread since 2016, the days of Lt. Hamza , Lt. Mangojuice (God bless their souls) and Lt. Datigbogirl. My love for the military had me apply for 66RC, 24AK NN, Airforce DSSC, NA DSSC, last year was my peak year as I applied for all and every outfit, NDLEA, FRSC, IC, Immigration and all to success.

However, after listening to wise words from Officer Quadrilayinde, and seeing how senior man Ugo4u and Sikowitz all found other ways to move on seeing NA is not forthcoming, I also moved on by applying to other sectors. Fast forward today, I am certified banker, just had my graduation last Thursday from UBA academy.


My advice is that for those of us who for one reason or the other have not been successful yet with the military, find something to keep you busy while you prepare for the next intake.

So long as I still have age on my side, any advert by NA, I will put in for maybe I will be successful. But in the mean time, let's spread our tentacles and not waste our youthful years year after year waiting on NA.

Immigration has already shortlisted infact new recruit has enter now ba… they give them appointment letter last month at service headquarters for dose who make the final list.. they are currently in their various state now for 3month induction now before they proceed to Kano for main training As per for the basic superintendent cadre.

If you are applying for the Graduate position and You have your NYSC discharge Certificate, then Your statement of Result becomes Tenable for ANY Paramilitary Agency Screening. At Least that serves as Extra Evidence of being a graduate

wow, that's nice. Also tried Immigration but wasn't invited for the assessment sha. Heard the service makes sense. Unless SSC decided to have a new age limit, by March next year I will be 28 and officially out. DSSC no too freak me. Praying to succeed in other areas I am currently pursuing.

After my 3 different Attempts at ing the Nigerian Army via SSC, on my final Attempt, I made it to the Screening stage at Falgore, Kano and that was when my interest in defending the Interest of my beloved Nation got heightened. Unfortunately I failed Medicals (High BP) and was sent Packing afterwards.

That didn't deter me as I keep pushing for other Paramilitary Vacancies and Adverts I could Lay my Hands on. Eventually, I got Successful in the Nigeria Immigration Service recruitment in 2021 and that was how I moved on.

During the 3 Months Induction in my State, I was made the OOG (Officer Orderly General) and it was towards the Tail end of the program that Shortlist for Training Was Released by the Service Headquarters. I made the List and I started preparing to move down to Kano.

Please My Blessed People, While waiting for the release of the SSC 48 Advert, Let's also Try get ourselves Busy with other productive engagements. I will Never forget the Days of Sikowitz17 (Now in UK studying Cyber security and Terrorism for MSc), My Amiable Learned Comrade, Ugo4U (The Only civilian General I know, Now a Coding Guru) and Myself (A presidentially Commissioned Assistant Superintendent of Immigration-2)

Did my 47th SBC (Superintendent Basic Course) at Immigration Training School, Kano from Nov, 2021 up till May 24, 2022 and Now, I'm currently Serving in Osun State.

Please I have a problem most might call odd but it bothers me a lot nonetheless and that's why I'm here.

I suffered from hardship and poverty for over 20 years. I just turned the corner into my 40s and I hope to get married this year since I'm financially ok now. Better late than never.

My problem however is during those years of hardship i did a lot of daily menial work and walking under the sun in heavily polluted Lagos state and this has left my skin damaged - especially my face - looks very rough.

What if I go with my PPA posting letter and my ID card since our POP date is boldly written on them.

No problem then, this should suffice also, ALL OTHER THINGS BEING EQUAL... Just as someone has rightly highlighted earlier, it's all a Matter of Grace...
I guess where You been Considered might take effect is if By their Calculation, You ought to have round up the whole program b4 You guys will be Called for The 6 months Training

In this your Case, I'd advice that You try get a LETTER HEAD or AN OFFICIAL LETTER OF INTRODUCTION from NYSC Secretariat In your State or At worst, from your PPA, just for your claim to be CONSIDERABLE

BUT I'd advice you try work more on that of the NYSC Secretariat as that will hold more ground... All other things being equal, There shouldn't be Much Issue
