The assessment was indeed well organised. I was scheduled for last Friday, 1:30 pm. I got there early because it's my first time in Lagos. Got to the venue at 10am, the academy is behind first Bank along Eric Moore road. I had a lot of time to chill out at the cafeteria. Everyone has said a lot already, just let me chip in a few observations. The point of accreditation was the first point of call, there I overheard the organizer saying dressing is very important, he specifically said that it's 5point. The topic of discussion is also very important, keep it some where safe. You will need it for your presentation and essay, by then you might not have time consult the points you jotted. Presentation is power point not power word, also know that whatever topic you are giving, the bank must play a role. You might like to input the bank role as well. Time is always of the essence, I lost my lunch pack in the midst of the whole thing, we were giving about 5mins for that sumptuous lunch. Just keep it somewhere and you can always go back for it. You might also want to to look into the banking services offered by first Bank. Numerical reasoning, just study all sorts of charts(distance, commission, discount etc.) Logical reasoning is similar to the analytical reasoning in dragnet. All the best 15 Likes 2 Shares |

Cladez:He only gave a typical example of those that were recorded. Inbreeding is the greatest threat to the existence of any organism. Not only are the individuals diseased some mutation result in the abortion of the foetus. Genetic diversity helps in the masking of this recessive alleles. So you rarely see them in the population. Take for instance the AS and AS alleles from Blood genotype. First generation offspring 1AA(healthy) , 2AS (Carrier) 1SS (diseased) if inbreeding occurs between the SS and AS offspring 2SS and 2AS offspring are produced, without any healthy offspring The percentage increase from 0-25-50% diseased offspring within three generations. But Genetic diversity I. e mating with random partners mask out this condition by a process known as heterozygous advantage (AS) who are just Carriers. Occasionally diseased offspring are produced but the chances are low. But during the course of inbreeding, it's Homozygous advantage (SS) or diseased offspring are produced. The fact is that not only a single genetic disease are masked by this heterozygous advantage, there are thousands of genetic defects known and unknown to man. So you will observe variety of them coming out after every generation of inbreeding is . I just made reference to a single disease here (sickle cell). Animal breeders know this is very important, unless you will just keep on producing diseased animals when you mate mother and son, or daughter and father for too long. |

After one bad game, everyone is here drawing another team list. So you think this team isn't good enough? You all should go and read your previous posts.. Was it not this same team you wax lyrical about. South Africa simply wanted the game more and they fought better. Qualities don't just win games anymore, most of this players you keep mentioning have no allegiance to Nigeria. What makes you think they will do anything different? 1 Like |
