Dangote's the HR team are all doing well, but pls they should consider persons wit local (Naija) cert. and experience also, because evryone is nt privileged to study abroad. The excercise hs bn tansparent though not to preference on foreign cert holders. Nigerian cert. Holder shld b seen as, if nt equals, but eligible especially at first sight.

For those wit CV BASED interviews, are we sure this is d right trend for us? because it seems to look like non of the persons given letters on cv base had said smtin here or contributed, it has bn strictly from persons who took part in the August/October interviews making refrences that "a frnd of mine" had dis or dat. I don't tink we are making headway especially on first class information here! Pls if possible, can any1 help invite such interviewed already cv based candidate on nairaland...
