If you could hit as low as a GPA of 4.55 in both remaining semester you should be dancing home with a first class.

A welcome development, the ease in chain of command with a rapid reaction to every undignified action but the caveat is these state governors would want to use this newly acquired power for their own selfish gains. Say oppression cum witch hunting of opposition within the state.
Anyways this is what states need now, more numbers in the force who knows the terrain and can give whether herdsmen, kidnappers, bandits and armed robbers alike a run for their money.
Also there should be checks in place because some communities, for example in Jos, that have experimented with the local vigilantes ( Community police, Hunters association) have also experience case of extortion and criminal activities on the populace in those areas though nothing extreme but you know it always starts from a drop.

It funny everyone is just saying local rice is stone filled and the colour of this one is bad.... Here in Jos, in Katako market to be precise, there are machines used to de-stone the rice and a bag of about 90 -95 measures(mudu) would cost you just 500 naira to de-stone and 500 naira for polishing the rice, and it comes out real clean.

Shocker : most people don't even know that the same local rice after the process is what the buy in repackaged bags as foreign rice.

I live and school in the north and i have had a first hand experience of what open grazing does and i tell you it more harm than good.
We have had cases of cattles chasing student in school, causing accidents, clearing up farms,and this is just to mention but a few.
