The Special Assistant on Public Communications to Atiku Abubakar, Mr. Phrank Shaibu, said Atiku has filed a lawsuit against President Bola Tinubu in the United States of America.

The suit with No. 23-5099 (N. D. III.) was filed in the District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, according to Shaibu. Adding that the filing was the reason Atiku withdrew an existing case before a Circuit Court in Illinois.

Shaibu believes the suit by his principal against Tinubu is "just the beginning". While in a statement on Sunday Night said, “Atiku Abubakar only withdrew the case before a Circuit Court of Cook County, Illinois County, United States of America because he is pursuing the same matter in a higher court and he wanted to avoid abuse of court processes".

He continued to question the academic records of President Tinubu as he is yet to identify any of his classmates.

Prison inmates have been listed among the best-performing students at the National Open University of Nigeria.

This was according to the spokesperson of NCoS, Abubakar Umar, while quoting the NCoS-NOUN Special Study Coordinator, Controller of Corrections, Francis Enobore on Wednesday.

The Brazilian plane maker Embraer is planning a first of its kind type of invention by building self piloted electric taxis.

Embraer says there is a plan to start a new factory near Sao Paolo where the electric flying taxis will be built.

The project that is expected to be completed in 2026, will be designed like a small helicopter with space for upto 6 engers, and it will be done by Embraer subsidary, Eve.

Eve says it already has upto 3,000 air taxis on the way and the proposed cost for a trip will be $50-$100 (£39-£78) per person.
