Born on the 1st of July 1965 in Ukpor Nwewi local government area of Anambra State. As a lover of education from the crèche, he began his elementary education at Umuohama Community School in 1972, after which he traveled to Lagos to enroll at Government College at Surulere, Lagos. He later obtained a certificate in istration and Management and Public istration (GIMPA) and currently pursuing a degree course in Business istration at the same institution in Ghana.


Founded in 1989, City Light Company in Ghana has grown to be a household name in quality and affordable lightning in Ghana and beyond. Mr. Okeson’s adventure into business actually started in 1984 in Nigeria, when he set up his first company in Nigeria: Emmatex Industrial Agency which was into importation and distribution of electrical and industrial components and spare parts.


In his quest to explore more opportunities within the West Africa region, Mr. Okeson in 1985 ventured in to West Coast trading, when he began to export cables, bulbs, fixtures, beauty products, kola nut among other products, after which he finally relocated to Republic of Ghana and established City Light Limited in 1989. Anambra state government signed MOU with Graffil group.

Anambra State Government has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Graffil Group for the establishment of an integrated Trailer Terminal and Park at the New Tarzan Park Onitsha.

Government House Correspondent Kenechukwu Ofomah who was at the Governor's Lodge Amawbia where the ceremony took place reports that Governor Willie Obiano signed on behalf of the State Government.

His story. The MoU with an expected total investment of about 2.64 billion naira, will see the State invest 340 million naira as its equity contribution while the investor will bring 2.3 billion naira. The project which will be executed under a Public Private Partnership Structure with a Special Purpose Vehicle to be known as Anambra State Government Onitsha Park Investment Limited, will include a 105-room hotel, an event Centre, Fuel/Gas Service Station, an istrative Building, a housing Estate, Bank Cash Centre and a Shopping Emporium.

Performing the function, Governor Obiano said the MoU is strategic in the realization of his istration's safer roads.

According to him, the first phase of the project, the Trailer Park which is expected to be completed within six months, will be followed by a legislation that will prohibit indiscriminate parking along the roads by trailers which cause accidents and destroy the roads.

Governor Obiano who observed that the project has great prospects for improved IGR and job creation for the state, urged the investor to immediately hit the ground running and ensure that the project is delivered on schedule.

Earlier while reeling out the details of the Mou, the Chairman of ANSIPPA and Traditional Ruler of Umuoji, Igwe Cyril Enweze, said the project seeks to promote a healthier environment and better organised transportation system with a strategic approach to urban sanitation in the state and reduce the incidents of congestion and disorderly vehicular arrangement on the state's roads.

On his part, the President, Grafil Group, Dr Forster Ihejiofor assured of their commitment towards driving project, commending Governor Obiano for his vision in creating the enabling environment that had attracted huge investments into the state.

In a vote of thanks, the Commissioner for Housing and Urban Renewal, Engr Frank Offor revealed that the State government had kickstarted the project with site clearing, re-survey and perimeter fencing, adding that the Ministry will follow through the construction phase to ensure that the project is executed in compliance with the project design.

Lol you think this is an Indian or chinese companies you low lives connive to steal? I worked in a company in Lagos owned by an Indian the sins of this man is he employed Yoruba people. They started littering the compound with fetish and juju . they have tried to kill this man on several occasion, but the man na another strong man on his own. He told me he goes around the compound every morning to ensure there are no juju. You need to hear the terrible stories from this man. These people are evil. You around 2009 it was very alarming when Igbo people in high positions in some companies in Lagos were dropping dead. These people are fetishistic! If you rank above them in the company they will do all sort of juju. If you are not strong enough they will delete you.
Most of Igbo people working in Lagos companies have really suffered in their hand.
