Definitely mineral oil....synthetic is sold for 19k or thereabouts.
Although Toyota SMG recomends oil change every 5000miles or 6months wch ever comes first. But since u use mineral oil I'll suggest u do an oil change every 3months

OK thanks sir

It depends on the oil formular and manufacturer. As for mobil 1 ;After 6 months for synthetic oil and 3 months for mineral oil. Mobil 1 Extended performance can stay about 1year without change.

Oops, I don't know if it is synthetic or mineral. The mobil oil is 5k own

Look for a bike mechanic around you or even an okada rider and tell him you need a second hand bike, they are usually the first to know when anyone wants to sell their bike. You should get a in less than three weeks.

If you have no knowledge of bikes I'll advice you to look for someone who does cos there are really bad bikes out there. Even if you have to pay them a stipend to help you inspect it.
The person would be able to tell how much the bike is really worth, and most importantly save you from buying a bike that would be giving you troubles all the time.
This is a good idea but also a bad idea on the other side. Do you know there are some mechanics that connives with the seller? The seller can call it 70,000, mechanics call it 100,000. The mechanics himself knows d okada doesn't worth 70,000, but because of his own gain, he lures you to purchase it. When d okada starts to bring out issues, d mechanics keeps feeding on you while you lose.
Transport business can be profitable and at times it can liquidate you.

Buying new Okada will give you rest of mind provided you get a good driver.
Buying 2nd hand cannot give one rest of mind even if you have a good driver.

Good day nairalanders.

I am in my final year and about to defend my project, My HOD called me few months ago and told me my school has plans to retain me.

My CGPA was good so I was not really surprised but the problem is that for the past three years I have bin thinking of starting my own business and grow my wealth, I have bin thinking of becoming financially independed and has decided that I'll not need a Job.

I somehow fancy the lifestyle of doing whatever I want to, going to work when I want to, closing from work when i want to, going for vacation when I want to and do not really like the idea of doing what others want me to.

But there is no capital right now and I have told my dad to raise me something which he said he doesn't have, though I have little savings which I could use to start something very small.

So my question is, should I accept the Job knowing that immediately I start seeing salary, I could forget my dreams, that fear keeps ringing or should I just start with the little knowing that it won't be enough for me at the moment but there is 100% hope I'll grow.

The fear is I am 26now, plan on getting married at 30(This is a must and cannot be compromised) cos I want to marry and just rest so I could chase my goal which from my own calculations could take another 25-30yrs of my life.

so I'll need to feed more mouth, but I can't tell if I'll be able to add one more mouth at my 30 but if I become a lecturer, I'll not have a problem.
I do not want to do the both. I just want to focus on my goals or the Job. Just humble opinion.
you better grab the job.

We are all just speculating as none of us have seen the survey plan.

However what I am trying to get you to recognise is that fencing an acre will be far less than 6 individual plots which make the acre as each plot will only require you to fence a maximum of 2 sides.

Just take some time to think about it.
I understand your point sir. The two (6) sides.

On 100by50ft, the 50ft side alone cannot collect 2000 blocks. It can only be 1300 or so for the two sides. The fence I referenced above has a burglary of 5ft by 20 in BTW. In the absence of burglary fence, I'm sure you know it will chop more than 3,000 blocks.

Hello Nairalanders

Can anyone advise on the cost of fencing a one-acre piece of land in Abeokuta, the land is intended for use as poultry.
If you wanna do it yourself, you can start with 12,000 blocks, if dem use am finish, order for another . Do same for all the remaining materials.
Monitor the workers you are hiring very well so that they won't sell your materials out.
Which area in Abeokuta are you carrying out the project?

Your calculations on the size is wrong. Its the perimeter for an acre he is fencing not the perimeter for six individual plots. This means if your 3000 blocks calculation for a plot is correct he will definitely use less than 18000 blocks.

Going deeper, if it's a perfect acre and plots measure 120 by 60ft ( or even 100 by 50ft), based on your calculation we're talking 8000- 9000 blocks.

The 1 plot we fenced is 100 by 50ft

The 3,000 blocks for 1 plot fence I mentioned earlier may not be taller to it's own taste. So budgeting 18,000 blocks is not too much for an acre sir.
