This is the exact issue I hv been facing since 3 weeks now. I can check my post since to c my complains here on it ... also complain to uniassist via form and was told they will work on it. Since nothing significant as been done instead was faced with another issue.

How were u able to resolve yours?

I'm sorry about your issues on the platform. I've not had any issues on MyAssist, though I it it was confusing at first but now I find it much easier than the previous platform. I made 2 applications on Friday and paid for them with no hassle at all. Share the screenshot of the error message here and let's see how we can help
