There are few establishments and companies paying $15 an hour already and their side effects of paying that is minimal at best. Exactly what I was trying to convey to Coronavirus. You can't place a prosperous country like America next to a country like Mexico and expect the border to be calm. You don't see Canadians rushing over to America because Canada is a prosperous 1st world Nation.
