I don't even think we will win this league come end of season. We're still some way off. I just want us to play very well and put up dominant displays every match day. We have no business dropping points against some certain teams. If we do, it should be because we're extremely unlucky.

I like what Neville said after the Liverpool match. The team is not far enough in their development of having a winning/championship mentality to take advantage of Liverpool's difficult moment. The team is still developing well mentally but they're not there yet.

Chilwell vs Shaw/Telles is also debatable...Chilwell looks that good because the players he replaced were pretty awful so expect the average Chelsea fan to think he is the second coming of Carlos...

Kante is a shadow of himself...Let's compare his present output and not his output when Chelsea won the league couple of seasons ago...

The counter argument those set of people will have to this is the ‘but we are Manchester United, we should be beating everybody and be on top’ talk.

Were they not Manchester United last season? Or the season before that? Or with Mourinho and LvG?

We have not been top of the table halfway into the season ever since SAF retired and we’ve consistently finished outside the top 4, garnering an average of 66 points per season.

But suddenly we should be getting 100 points and beating everybody.

The people talking all that shiit have a short memory and are out of tune with reality.

Our attackers are off form and we’ve hardly scored twice in a game for the last 4 or 5 matches. But we’ve been pulling through. Yet, you are demanding a win at Anfield.

Like I said many weeks ago, there’s development given the TW we had and the kind of situation we’re in but I’m not going to go overboard. I’m cautiously optimistic.
