i ed, applied, paid and bribed the EKEDP district manager with cash and drinks and bags of rice for Christmas for a MOJEC pre-paid meter in 2016. continued paying estimated bills until 2019 when i moved out. Now I have to start the whole process again in another location with another district manager as i cannot migrate my application since i did not get issued a meter. EKEDP is a bleeding scam whose need to be treated like dangerous criminals - the discos management are to be infected with covid19 - freaking ba@3tards
