Why don't you ask questions before you went ahead to use the platform you don't know much about..
There is a way you receive funds with same PayPal in Nigeria.
the person to help you reach out to their customer service so they could r3verse the fund back to the sender then you find another way to get your pay but if you still want to use this PayPal of a thing then you have to do a proper research. Don't just depend on what you read over the internet.. Send PM if you want to know how to setup ur PayPal You will be able to send/ receive funds here cuz you sound like you're into all this online business so you will need it.

Check if the person sent the money as business deal or whatever...

Tell him to send the money as family member then it will appear faster and for the fact you opened a PayPal so early and still wanna receive money so early makes it suspicious...

The sender can still cancel the transaction too so be careful but he can't cancel it once he sends it as family member or friend...

Thats why I said he should let the Sender them directly. Might take 1 or 2 days for them to reply so but it works. I have them before and they reply me after 24hrs.

You are into online stuff and you don't know Nigeria PayPal doesn't receive funds... Just PayPal and tell them or you can browse online for alternatives

send me the mail the guy send the funds too, if he truly send it, I will create a paypal that will be able to receive the fund, received the fund successfully for you and exchange it to NGN for a good rate for you.

I just notice when trying to add your email to paypal that the email is already link to a paypal, you need to close the paypal associated to your email before we proceed, message me whatsapp or call asap

i beg to differ in that your comment about Lesotho PayPal get limited, it false, even ur PayPal is USA if u don't follow PayPal guidelines u still get limited it a general thing. u can use Lesotho PayPal, Mozambique, Iceland, UAE PayPal from Nigeria, receiving and send as well, u can also widraw to ur local bank as well. wish u all the best,as for d op since the the email is already ed to a naija PayPal dere is little u can do about it to receive the funds expect the sender message PayPal about wrong email sending, just like someone talk here
