Nnemuka: Lol. Very nice question. Washing offals is one reason I don’t take assorted pepper soup outside. I just assume they didn’t wash it well. -Cut off everything fatty. Fatty parts always turn out gross once cooked. Somehow I still see restaurants selling it like that. -I use a knife, sometimes iron-sponge on the towel. -Then I parboil in a pressure pot and rinse in cold water before I start cooking. Nnemuka: I don’t even know. I just hate the thing sha. You know there was this particular dry fish I hated so much as a child, but my mum kept using it to cook. According to her, e dey give taste. One day I went to the market and the seller gave me that fish, I told her I HATE it. She asked why. She come tell me say na dry catfish. You needed to see the way I shouted “no wonder” in the market.  Thanks nne. Anambra here I come...
