2012 recruitment was completed. It was 2014 that got truncated midway. They didn't even make it to the interviews. I really wonder why NNPC is this bad. They never improve. Na wa

Not correct bro. The 2014 recruitment u are talking about actually started December 2012. That was when we actually applied. Aptitude Test was done ending of 2014. Successful candidates were shortlisted for interview. We were expecting to have our interview around march 2015. But your man came into power as the president and nothing was said about the recruitment again. Next we heard was that another recruitment is starting....which is this one we are currently on now. There was no official statement as to the cancellation of the previous one. They just went completely blank on us

You are correct actually.. I now. Can you imagine how inefficient the corporation is? Honestly, it is the lack of a better opportunity that would make me even consider working for NNPC. The place reeks of incompetence. How can a corporation exist for so long and never improving in its processes? NNPC is about same age with Petrobras, but see the huge disparity between them. It is such a shame!
