How can I secure my ed domain during negotiation.
That's my major concern?

If you are talking about domain registration, you can opt for Dynadot, they are currently running a promo of $6.99 for a .com (expired domains only).

On the flip side, their normal registration still stands at $7.99 for a .com domain if you don't wish to a dropped name.

If after some days you still don’t see it try them it might be from their end... i once sold a domain and i was told payments as been sent waited for days and didn’t see anything i had to simon, turned out payment hasn’t been sent. He apologized and sent the payment. I received it hours later

Now, this is a humble way to ask.

Let me help while we wait for the Boss.

If a domain is newly ed ( less than 60 days), it is usually locked and cannot be transferred out of the registrar in compliance to ICAN regulation.

If such a domain gets sold within the lock period, the seller can only PUSH the domain to the buyer who would be required to open an at the same registrar.

PUSH in this context implies movement of domain from one owner to another within the same registrar. That way the 60-day transfer lock is not violated as the domain is still domiciled in the same registrar but under a different (the buyer)

Conversely, domain transfer entails movement of a domain from one registrar to another after the expiration of the 60-day lock period.

To activate a transfer,, a request would have to be initiated from the buyers preferred registrar with a mail notifying the seller to either accept or decline the transfer.

Ensure you unlock the domain first before requesting for authorization code.
