I initially thought the diagonal design of the inner portion are hollow rectangular pipes lined side by side and ed together.

what's the number of tanks you intend for it to carry and the height of the building

2 units of 1200 liters tank to be arranged vertically.

The height of the platform is 25ft.

Do you mean his estimate for 4 x 4 x 25 tank tower or the quality of his work?

The estimate, the quality and the final product, of course.

I meant I'll be interested to work with him provided the cost is within my budget. For the quality, I don't think I should have a reason to doubt that smiley.

a 5 by 3 H channel will do a perfect job for the stands. Total cost of the job will be 550,000

Kindly note that you will provide sand, about 12-25 bags of cement and chipping stones.

sure it could also work but that's not what they did. Reason is that if you line up pipes that way, you will have to weld and when you weld, you will have to file and when you file, you will apply body filler which will cover the lines.

The most glaring indication is the beginning of the beginning of the designs. There's no way the pipe can be cut especially 3 by 1½ which is the pipe used

Modified

There are new designs of pan coming into the market which can be what they used. Although I haven't seen this particular design but there are lots of things I haven't seen

The bolded part though. It's already becoming a nursery rhyme grin

In actual sense, we deliver quality for less.

Let's do this again, which do you prefer, and why?

The high roof, or the contemporary style?

I will always prefer the high roof if we were maximising the space opportunity under the roof for storage or extra rooms.

Any special reasons boss?

Cost consideration, aesthetics, heat insulation?

Happy new year Oga mi. What about hidden roof?

Happy new year Sir, hidden roof is considered old school in these parts. Most of the duplexes built here in the 80s are all hidden roof.

For longevity, elegant look and less maintenance pitched or high roof will carry the day.
Though with better modern materials flat roofs are gaining more interest in building design.

Sigh. I really wish we did. Discussed here a while back...

With the direction of innovation as shown by our fellow board here, I'm hoping we'll buck that trend soon.

Do you have any other roof options to add here.
Roof pattern 1 is just too plain.

sometimes in December 2020, it was sold for 4500. then it reduced to 4000, then 3600 and now 3200.

we are hoping it will crash further as the we proceed into the year.

To me the best roof for contemporary building is flat or hidden roof

look at this small office/bakery I’m working on the hidden roof is perfect for it
The cost of the wood work and Aluminum cost me only 340k
If it’s hipped roof, I will spend about 700k.

Check the prototype pics and the real ongoing one
