You keep making reference to his English and I always wonder to what end. You are not the only person who reads what he writes yet you have appointed yourself as sole lecturer to mark his English.
You do not know his story. You do not know what obstacles he probably had to surmount to get to where he is. You do not know if what life was for him. Other than a name, everything else are just conjectures.
He could just be someone who feels very proud of his accomplishments compared to where he was before against all odds. Give the man some slacks and ignore all his post if his "igris" offends your sensitivity that much.

I think you have taken this e-fight too personal since August or July, this is December. Snooze his post and you will not see his shalaye and bad english, life is short boss.

We are not expecting an established and well experienced businessman to be engaging a sad jobless youth into arguments.
