I got a contract in Lagos from a company to train their technical staff on how to build power inverters from scratch! The training was to commence in April and the contract was huge (running into millions of naira).

Then COVID struck, the CEO of the company died in August. Na so arrangement take scatter!

But in all, i thank God for life!

First thing first,sorry about the whole setback happenings around you and how about giving Security job a try while you are yet to move to America because the experience gained here might be useful when you eventually move abroad and I'm suggesting Security Job because is readily available.

That is true. Someone helped me to get one at an hotel on the island many months ago, but could not accept because of the distance. Up to 90% of the take home will go for Tfares. And no accommodation provided and nowhere to squat.

Are you sure your father is actually fighting you as you think? Hope one useless person that calls himself man of God or woman of God didn't tell you so? Your father may just be giving you a safe distance having heard you accuse him. I haven't seen a father that will fight for the downfall of his child. Most of the purported issues are engineered by these fraudster fake pastors.
That was how my uncle was deceived by such a pastor that his wife that gave him 4 beautiful children and resigned a bank managers role to look after the family was trying to kill him. It disorganized his family. The man wasted many years with another evil woman who left him when he lost his job and there was no money again. Today he can barely see and has gone back to his real wife who accepted him despite how he treated her. May God continue to bless her.

Finished secondary school 2016, tried ission that year but didn't work out, 2017 past, 2018 past, 2019 past, no ission, no skill, no job and no money in my accnt... Had ion 4 programming and graphic deg but no one to me... Moved to asaba 2020 to find greener pasture, corona struck, i have been jobless since then... Still without a skill, job, money or ission... Because if I have the mind that guys out here in the street have, I will not be broke and frustrated with my life right now.
Most of the guys I grew up with are into internet fraud(yahoo boys).
From what I see, they are happy. They can afford things they want.
They have been on my neck since April to come and them in their hustle, as I am their Gee and they want me to have money(that's what they do say). They even offered to take care of my feeding, take care of me, that I should just go over and stay with them to learn their craft..... But meehhn, my mind no just carry the thing. I mean,,, I can't stand causing harm or sadness to another person because I want to make money. I don't know how they manage to do that but I wish I could too.
For this reason my guys are all unhappy with me, so I have been living in seclusion but anyway...

I just need to leave this environment fast. It's not an environment I can stay and be focused on my career. ASUU will soon call off strike though
