I am saying sub 400, because the largest player in that market supplied at 386.

Now I can say sub 405, cos they now do 392.

Most folks just quote based on their sentiments against the currency.

This 470 could be another buying opportunity like 435 was, I don't know.

My opinion remains that as long as CBN supplies at 392, anything above 405 is not sustainable.

What causes imports to be more expensive?
Because fx has increased in price or naira has depreciated right?
Why did the naira depreciate?because fx is scarce so too much naira is chasing scarce fx right?
What if you can also make the naira scarce?Is is not with naira you'll use to buy fx?what if you don't have that naira to use to buy fx?
Don't that tell you that the naira will have more value because of this and in turn reduce inflation?
Curbing naira is a good way to fight inflation.

Your analysis is backwards. When we talk about imports- it includes Going to schools abroad, buying your foreign wines, furnishings and food items etc. If we have less imports, then less number of people will go after the dollar which will force the value of dollar down.

Instead of looking for ways to suppress Imports

But increased productivity and more export earnings will make the most impact

This is my 3rd month in the ponzi. Barafinance is selling rice at 25k a bag, is it a fair price as I intend buying enough for charity this Xmas.

are u really investing ?or receiving your money installments..if u put 5m and they are paying 750k monthly....it from your 5m .....no new money is created (profits)....so stop calling it investements....cos investments can yield profits or loss .....

Why are Nigerians wicked to Nigerians? FG heavily subsidised prepaid meters, so that Discos can distribute it free of charge to Nigerians, but here in my region, some disco officials are already making huge sum selling meters. Some of these staffs are still saying they don't have enough prepaid meters, even though they have more than enough meter to distribute freely to many homes in Nigeria.

Why are we so wicked to ourselves and still hope and pray for a better Nigeria?
