If they like, they could have shared all the slots instantly without even advertising and nothing will happen, ncdmb has displayed every signal that this recruitment will be transparent. Which federal agency ever released its test scores immediately like this? Is this not a green light that all will be well?


This one just come, lols. Not to blow my trumpet anyway, I'm a federal government worker . I was lucky to get a slot for my current job even before ending my youth service. slots came even before the job was d, I watched as they did all test and interview. I only ed them in documentation after service . I didn't consider that as just anyway ,but then, this just to expose what really happens in dis country . Recruitment being hijacked by our politicians. Only God's grace help those without connection.

So what do you want us to do with this info now? To leave the recruitment process and run? To give up and not even try? Guy no be all of us get connection, and we won't die because of it, we will only try our best. Or do you think we don't know about this connection syndrome and you are telling us something new? Please ignore these Naysayers. Five years ago, I was on a thread like this for a Fed govt Job. People kept saying the slots have been shared already and that you need to know someone. Guess what? I knew no soul and I got the job. Destinies are different, surely people will get slots and some people will get it simply on Merit and Grace. Keep pushing.

Going by the way many people saw the test questions before exams, I will be more inclined to pick people with scores within the 45% to 60% range. those who scored 70% to 100% I will look closely into or call them for a test again but this time in person. I just hope they will not punish those who wrote without orijo and scored average points simply because some saw the orijo and scored high points. I mean those of you who wrote and scored 50% to 60% should not have to be afraid that the cut off would be raised because of the ones who already saw the questions and cheated their way to high scores. That would be unfair and if that happens I will say ..............next time look for a way to cheat your way to the top too cos obviously cheating pays.

I hope the people at Testmi and NCDMB will use wisdom in this one. It's a shame thing went out of hands this way

Its sad that Testmi conducted a shitty exam plagued with too many issues. I simply could not connect past the start button as I continuously was told I cant take the test now from 10am till 12pm midnight. Sad. Which way Nija...
