I have told him several times. Because for me he needs surgery to develop his vagina. It's there but it needs to be developed. If he keeps having sex through the anus like he is doing now then he can only attract gay men. But if you surgically develop your vagina that is already there. Remove the penis n scrotum then you can have a relationship and even marry even though you can't bear children because you don't have a womb. There must be a man that will accept you like that.

Genetic defects - even you might be carrying a gene abnormality that is no inconvenience to you but will manifest three generations down. I hope your children don't feel excluded by God as a result.

Chromosomal defects - You might relate better with Down syndrome. Who do you blame for kids born with Down's?

Infections during pregnancy - like maternal rubella is known to cause heart defects.
