na wah oh. pandemic prevention fee. what would we not see in this our obodo naija. not that they'd provide sanitizers or face masks to the students. the lecture halls will still be overcrowded. I wonder how they intend to prevent the "pandemic"

To extort 15k from each student is so easy but to pay 15k bursary to each student is difficult and almost impossible. Plandemic prevention fee indeed. Only in a fantastically corrupt country like Nigeria you can hear something like this not in Harvard, Oxford, MIT, etc.

Between, who is the worst Governor in this corn tree right now?

Will the 15k protect the students from getting infected? Where will the poor students get 15k in this economic situation when some of their parents/guardians have not been paid undecided
I think an average Nigerian is just very insensitive or is there something that takes away their human feelings once they attain a position of authority? Pandemic Prevention fee indeed angry

Its a good and great development ,, at least we would be safe from all kind of pandemic and most of all ( covid baba 19 ) ... The very 1st time this government will do something great ....Other African countries will be jealous of how this country is gradually becoming a world global power country among its peers cool
