Hope some of us are catching in, i just picked up one dot realty.

Tried some locations and saw some hefty prices on them then walked away. Epik did a great job with the list they gave, I'm ing for now

This is actually my first BB Sale in 3 years of ing them. Although portfolio there have been ups and downs with alot of inconsistent within the time with selling off some bb published names at namespros back then for reseller prices. But decided to main some consistency and started building a portfolio again at the start of the year (Started the year with just 21 bb published names), currently at 100 bb names at the moment, although i bought roughly 60% of the names from fellow Domainers at namepros and other platforms @ reseller prices ($15 - $30 per name), had to buy due to BB's delay in review process (around 41 days to review a name at the early months of the year). Although the sold name is one i picked myself, haven't sold any bought name yet but believing they might come good (experimenting on them at the moment to see if it'll work out or not) but then all thanks to God.

I don't really like writing much words. Last month has taught me a lot.

I had some names expiring this month (about 14 GEOs), so I decided to reduce price and follow up again. Sold 2 during first follow up. Sold another 2 during second follow up still with reduced price. So 4 sales out of the 14 GEOs. I can use one sale to renew them all.

Also I bought a name last month, (highest sale in the list), did outbound the following day. Got 5 interested buyers. One went to buy the singular version probably because of my price. Another person called me and asked if it a scam. I cleared his doubt by pushing the domain to his dynadot before he paid me. He was very happy.

The lessons;

1. Always follow up till the die minute.

2. For a quick flip especially those with large portfolio, put a reasonable price.

3. Check if the singular or plural version of your name is available. Act professionally if interest are flowing for the domain.

4. Call a buyer if he/she request for it ( I can help with that for a fee).

5. Dan doesn't have problems. I totally love them now.

Not trying to bring Dan down but two of my buyers told me their financial institution mailed them saying Dan's charges might be fraudulent.
Still love Dan for their swift pay out though.
Could you throw more light on you placing calls through to end s for a fee?
