I messaged him for same car I bought from him and the potential buyer was with me for 3 days ready to buy. No be everybody get that kind patient. Amdman didn't reply me until after 5 days.

If amdman cant work on his customer service and employ someone to attend to his WhatsApp chat, then someone else can come in to fill his weakness and make sales has he does...

This exactly is where the problem lies, unlike emails where you can simply employ someone to help you manage and both of you can manage it at same time, I do not think that you can do the same with whatsapp. With whatsapp, it is just one person that can handle that at a time.

I really hope he finds a solution that can help him scale.
